I2WD Focus Areas CYBER, EW & SIGINT Focus on coalescing various CYBER, EW and SIGINT capabilities into demonstrable, integrated solution sets. Initial focus will be on enhancing cyber situational awareness. NEXT GEN GROUND MULTI-INT Encompass a suite of biometrics, human intelligence, signals intelligence, communications intelligence and other assets to access and exploit. PROCESSING EXPLOITATION AND DISSEMINATION Develop an end-to-end system that allows U.S. forces to rapidly collect, fuse, visualize, extract, distribute and store data enabling real-time, activity based intelligence. MULTI FUNCTION AIRBORNE ISR Develop a multi-int approach to airborne ISR/RSTA, both at the sensor node and at remote locations. The strategy will encompass all airborne manned and unmanned platforms. INTEGRATED AIR & GROUND SURVIVABILITY Develop of a state-of-the-art suite of effective, interoperable and tailorable survivability capabilities to protect air and ground platforms. MODELING AND SIMULATION INTEROPERABILITY STANDARDS RF CONVERGENCE 2

Opportunities Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) The BAA is an open solicitation which shall be in effect through August 2019 BAAs are restricted to basic research, applied research, and limited development This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), formally Solicitation Number W56KGU-14-R-0003, New Solicitation Number: W56KGU-16-R-A330 sponsored by the U.S. Army Research-Development Electronics Command (RDECOM), Communications-Electronics, Research Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC), I2WD. The BAA is issued under the provisions of paragraph 6.102(d)(2) of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) which provides for the competitive selection of research proposals submitted in response to this announcement. Accordingly, proposals selected for award are considered to be the result of full and open competition and fully compliant with Public Law (PL) 98-369, The Competition in Contracting Act of 1984. Opportunities Technical Information Engineering Services (TIES) Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) with a ceiling of $995M, which allows for Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders. TIES has both a Restricted and Unrestricted suite. Contracts under $4M are automatically set aside for the small business restricted suite. Over $4M are competed amongst all TIES Primes both large and small. Ordering Period for this contract ends 07 May 2018.
