Child of current full OPC member 2. Proof of acceptance to college or university 3. Must have attended high school in the year of application SELECTION CRITERIA 1. Academic excellence 2. Co-curricular activities 3. Community involvement APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS Candidates will submit two copies of all required documentation. 1. A completed application form 2. Letters of reference attesting to co-curricular activity involvement (Min.1 / Max. 3) 3. Letter(s) of reference attesting to community involvement (Min. 1 / Max. 2) 4. Complete official secondary school transcript, including any interim grades (Final transcript should be forwarded by June 30th) DEADLINE All forms should be filled out and submitted to the OPC Scholarship Committee by March 31 st, 2005. The proof of acceptance to a college or university should be submitted as soon as possible and the final secondary school transcript should be submitted by June 30 th. DECISIONS Scholarship applications will be reviewed by the local OPC Scholarship Committee. Scholarship winners will be notified by July 1 st.
