IPS medical fleet vehicles are never more than two years old to ensure they boast the latest safety features. All vehicles are fitted with the equipment and resources necessary to accommodate lengthy patient transports and manage a wide range of medical emergency needs. Indigenous Partnerships We staff in-house Medical Directors to monitor all pre-hospital care. As part of our commitment to creating a strong, skilled, and diverse workforce, IPS has created innovative partnerships with a number of Indigenous communities. We believe in strong management, skilled personnel, targeted programs, and the best tools to do a great job To deliver on our goal of improving and enhancing employment and economic opportunities for our Indigenous partners, we designed and implemented a Train-to-Employ program. The program s delivery model will create an Indigenous workforce with skills they will put into practice in the safety industry. Through the utilization of this service, employers and prime contractors can expect all injuries and incidents to be medically managed, and reasonable measures implemented to prevent cases from increasing in severity level. This service will also decrease lost injury time and return employees to work sooner. We believe in proper training We support our team and provide in-house training for Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and International Trauma Life Support (ITLS).

Our Commitment In the oilfield industry, safety and the health and well-being of workers is the utmost importance. A challenge which many employers face is the management of injured or ill workers. Prime contractors who are also responsible for injuries and illnesses occurring on their worksite want to be appropriately managing these cases to keep costs and incident scores low. We also offer comprehensive and tailor-made third party case management services for employers and prime contractors. OHNs are available for 24-hour on-call services for incidents, illnesses and injuries. Our OHNs are skilled in case management, CAPP, OSHA, WCB, WorkSafe BC, and ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all points during this process. We offer ongoing statistics for monthly reporting on incidents, KPIs, number of patients seen, type of injuries, off-site referrals, trending incidents, medical injuries or illness. Comprehensive Case Management 24 Hour On-Call Services Safety Enhancement Program QA/QI & Training Management We provide a full time QA/QI and training manager for each client. 100% of our patient care reports and first aid reports are reviewed and positive feedback is provided to each of our medics. In-house training and on-site skills auditing to ensure our medics are familiar with process and protocols and ensure skills are up to date. Diagnostic Equipment ISTAT our point of care device allows us to draw and test blood work on site. We also have the LIFEPAK15 Monitor/Defibrillator, which is the most advanced equipment used in the field and in diagnostic testing. Audits & Inspections We have full time field supervisors that audit all onsite operations. This includes: Equipment and vehicle positioned correctly and ready to respond Paperwork being completed properly Skill assessment Quarterly inspections are completed by management and reviewed by clinic staff Bi-annual audits are required to be completed by on-site clinic staff and reviewed with management.

Industrial Health Services After decades of industry experience, IPS management understands the kinds of risks and dangers that can be found in industry work environments. We enlist the services of professionally trained, experienced personnel to administer the following industrial health services: Drug & Alcohol Screening Respiratory Mask Fit Testing (Quantitative) Hearing Conservation and Testing DOT certified with non-dot available. Drug and alcohol testing, fit testing, audiometric testing, and comprehensive physical assessments. Fire Protection Services IPS offers on-site fire services including equipment and personnel with fire fighters up to the instructor level to make it easy to meet client requirements or even individual one-off requests. The IPS fire services staff consists of highly trained individuals that all hold different level of certification including: NFPA 1001 Level I and II NFPA 472 Operations accreditation NFPA 1081 NFPA 1006 NFPA 1041 (Fire Instructor) certification With a continuous desire to serve, IPS members currently serve on a municipal fire department during their days off keeping our communities safe!
