ForIACELL ACRsinrespectofGroup C officialspostediniacellinregionaloffice,willbewrittenbytheofficer underwhomtheyareworkingbutnotbelowtherankofgroup B officersandthereview/countersignwillbedone bythenexthigherofficerandregional.
