For Oklahoma State alum Yves Batoba, sports taught him about life - overcoming adversity, focus and drive to succeed and teamwork. In part due to his athletic scholarship, he has been able to share with others the same experiences he had by working with the NCAA and striving to create a football league in his native Congo. After dealing with the loss of his father during the summer of freshman year, Denzel Goolsby of K-State was able to find a family unit with his team and has used their strength to achieve success on and off the field.
