To ensure your child s safety, we need to be aware of absences. Thank you for your cooperation in alerting us, so as to help protect your child s safety. If your child is absent from class due to an excused absence (illness, for example), there may be a make-up class this option is at the discretion of the instructor. General Information Our sincere thanks to all those who are involved in offering this enrichment program to our students! We realize that students excel in many areas and need an opportunity to explore them. Attached you will find a listing of classes which will be offered this fall. Please note carefully the days for each class as they vary. Registration In the back of this booklet, you will find a registration form. Please use a separate form for each child for each class (you may make copies if needed). Payment for the entire session must accompany the registration. Checks are to be made to the class moderator, with a separate check for each class/leader. All checks and registration forms must be turned in to the school office. There will be no refunds for early withdrawals from the class. It is up to the discretion of the instructor of a class to determine class size. Classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendance We will assume that if your child is present at school, he/she will be attending the activity as scheduled. We will also assume that if your child is absent from school, he/she will not be attending the scheduled activity. If your child attends school, but Students may bring a snack to eat at the beginning of class. All drinks must have screw-on lids Arrival and Dismissal Students who are participating in an activity will be dismissed with the car riders at the end of school.
