Part 681: Youth Activities Subpart C: Youth Program Design, Elements and Parameters 20 CFR 681.550 Individual Training Accounts for youth participants. Out of School youth ages 16 to 24 counted as Adults for ETP reporting. Out of School youth are reported on both the eligible training provider performance report as well as the State and Local Annual Performance report. 7
Additional Resources: ETA 9171 Eligible Training Provider (ETP) Definitions There are several data elements that are required by statute for ETP reporting. In order to streamline data collection and reduce burden, some of those data elements will be collected in the PIRL and some will be collected through the ETP ICR. Federal Register Notice: WIOA Common Reporting Information Collection Request DOL and ED solicited comments through the joint performance information collection request (ICR) titled, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Common Performance Reporting. Comments from the joint ICR were received by March 20, 2017. 8
