Strategic Innovation Fund $1.26b over 5 years The Strategic Innovation Fund consolidates and simplifies existing business innovation programming into a single fund, while expanding support to new and emerging sectors, such as digital, life sciences and clean technologies. SIF provides a single, streamlined and resultsfocused fund that businesses will access through an efficient and responsive application process. The Strategic Innovation Fund will strengthen and expand the role of Canadian firms in regional and global supply chains and support growth through innovation to create new, good, well-paying jobs. 10
Innovative Solutions Canada A made-in-canada version of the US SBIR program will draw on international best practices to position the Government as a first customer for innovative small businesses and as a partner in their growth.
