Welcome 24 hrs MyMSOncologyases.com and MyMSRheumatologyases.com are online portals for helping patients enroll in programs associated with MS products. This guide explains how to register your office and help patients enroll. It also introduces the basic features of the portals. The portals are available 24 hours a day. Registration To gain access to the secure, interactive portions of the MyMSases portals, you will need to register. Once registered, you can manage cases for your currently enrolled patients, including electronically submitting requests for benefits review, co-pay assistance, patient assistance, prior authorization assistance, claims assistance, and pre-qualifications. You will also be able to check the status of a request, view a patient s specific research results, and manage your patient, provider, and facility profiles. Go to www.mymsoncologyases.com or www.mymsrheumatologyases.com These are the (nonsecure) home pages for all users lick the RGISTR NOW button. This takes you to the User Registration Form shown on the next page of this guide 3
Registration (cont d) On this User Registration page, you will be asked to provide contact and medical office information. Within 2 days after you submit this form, a MS representative will contact you to validate the information. Upon validation, you will receive a registration email that will explain how to create a user name and password, so you can get started. Please provide: Your contact information Your office information lternate contact information (optional) Once the form is complete, click SUMIT at the bottom. notice will inform you once the submission is successful. Password requirements: t least one lowercase letter t least one uppercase letter t least one number t least one special character (#, @,, etc.) annot contain the user name Minimum 8 characters in length Has not been used in the previous 5 passwords Has not been changed in the past day 4
Patient nrollment fter you are registered and have logged in using your user name and password, you will be able to help patients enroll electronically. Patients using MS medications may receive co-pay assistance (based on eligibility requirements) and other support if they are enrolled. In order to assist your new patients in enrolling, download and have each patient sign the Patient uthorization and greement (P). On this form, click NROLL PTINT on the upper left side of the screen. Review Selections and ertification On the Review Selections page, you will be able to view and edit (if necessary) the information you have entered. required Physician ertification is also part of this page. Simply click the IT buttons for each section (right side of the screen) to change any information. dit Note: From the Review Selections tab, you can upload attachments relevant to the patient, such as a scanned copy of the signed P. t the bottom of the web page you will find the Physician ertification section. ompleting an Online nrollment This is the last step of the process you re almost there. The treating physician must also sign the patient enrollment form. Please note that if the physician is not already registered with esignature, it will be necessary to print and FX the patient enrollment and P package itself, along with any supporting documentation. Physician esignature speeds the enrollment process by replacing faxed signatures with electronic signatures. Simply follow the steps requested: Open the form Print the form Sign the form Note that physicians must sign the Physician ertification portion of the form. dditional Features Remember, MyMSases makes it easy to request key MS ccess Support services such as benefits review/re-verification and co-pay assistance. ut there s more lectronic enefits Re-Verification (erv) This function makes it possible to electronically submit requests for annual re-verification for enrolled patients who receive MS medications. Manage Your ccount This feature allows you to manage your facility s account information and create profiles for your prescribing providers and facilities, if you support more than one. Patient ase Status Reports These reports allow you to evaluate the current status of individual patient cases. Message enter This part of the site allows you to view and receive messages via the provider portal. Patient Profile This section enables you to review or print the details of any patient s case. Patient documents can easily be uploaded to their case files. Through the patient s profile, you can review a number of items, including co-pay assistance, prior authorizations, and medical history.
