But the customer is unhappy and we are the ones who have to deal with him. Fee $45 INSUR 99*05 W, Apr 11 8-11 am The Five O'clock Whistle Learn how to incorporate IRS Publications 950 and 990 in your daily business. Fee $90 INSUR 99*06 W, Apr 11 12-6 pm Conduct Becoming This course discusses ethical practices specifically at the state level. State regulations are often the most difficult to comprehend. Fee $45 INSUR 99*01 W, Jun 6 8-11 am BUSINESS IT COMPUTERS Who Gets Well...Who Gets Wealthy We show how nursing homes are getting Medicare to pay for long term care albeit the fact that Medicare steadfastly claims that they do not pay for long term care. We also look at Iowa's Asset Preservation and Nebraska's Long Term Care Partnership programs. This course looks at traditional long term care options and is a valuable resource regardless of whether you work in the long term care market or just need information on a personal basis. Satisfies the 4 hour requirement for Iowa. Fee $90 INSUR 99*02 W, Jun 6 12-6 pm The Security in Social Security In spite of the rhetoric we hear about Social Security and the future problems it may face, the fact remains: Social Security has been with us since 1935 even though it became known as Social Security in 1954. It has not done all that bad of a job and for nearly 2/3 of middle income workers, Social Security is their retirement plan. It needs to be protected and it, in fact, is. The Congressional Budget Office has a different spin on the Social Security going broke scenario. Fee $60 INSUR 99*50 W, Feb 21 8 am-12 pm Harlan Basics of Living Trusts While there are advantages to the Living Trust arrangement, they are not necessarily the answer we may think it is.
