In a fast moving context, places of innovation are key project enablers. Traditionally, a project needs a years and a half only for survey and costing. With this method, commissioning took place in six months. Annick Lasserre, Chief product strategist, travel sector, SNCF, about TGV Family s launch via TGVLab. We completed our project in two months instead of six Antoine Scotto, Director of Product Lifecycle Management Utilization of the Toulouse collaborative Zone for the launch of the new Airbus A350 XWB enabled to save 40 M for 1M invested and to save 1,5 year on a 4 years project. Mobilizing the LAB in «key project enabler» way, we created Emploi Store in 9 weeks. Traditionally, we would have needed 6 to 8 months to do it.
