Contract tree trimming for the larger trees in the footprint. Limbs impede pedestrian and vehicle traffic and look bad. DPW is responsible for the trimming of trees. Please request this service by calling the DPW 24/7 help desk at 287-2113.

TOPIC 3 RESPONSE At this time, no Exchange Dunkin Donuts is able to accept the DD Perks or the Dunkin Donuts gift cards in Micros. We are hoping when the new Point of Sale (POS) systems comes out (dated TBD) that we will be able to accept them. AAFES will follow up and try to get confirmation on if this will be happening with the new POS. The biggest problem is that Target, Walmart and HEB all sell Dunkin Donut gift cards. Fort Hood has the only Dunkin Donuts in the local area. The nearest Dunkin Donuts are located in Waco and Austin.

TOPIC 4 RESPONSE: Thank you for informing us about the recommendation submitted on the blue topic card at the last CSC meeting. In the recommendation, the individual suggests we state that the packet must be complete in order to be considered for a scholarship. Although I was confident that information was located in the application and on the website, I doubled checked to ensure that the information was still there. At this time I am unsure how we can make an improvement, but I will bring this suggestion to the boards attention at our next meeting.

Urgent medical conditions are those that are not life-threatening, but require attention within 24 hours.
