Chiles 2:30 p.m. UNIVERSITY ROTC CEREMONY Bauccio Commons Dining Room 5:00 p.m. BACCALAUREATE MASS AND RECEPTION Earle A. and Virginia H. Chiles All graduating students and faculty assemble at 4:15 p.m. in the north corridors of the Chiles. The academic procession begins promptly at 4:50 p.m. Academic regalia is worn. The University will host a reception for all graduates and their guests, faculty and staff, immediately following Baccalaureate Mass in the Pilot House.

Chiles Undergraduate and graduate degree candidates and faculty, related to their faculty assignment, are to be present at the Chiles no later than 9:00 a.m. The processions form in the north corridors and mezzanine of the Chiles. Enter the building through the north doors, off Portsmouth Avenue. Academic regalia is worn. 11:30 a.m. 1:30 p.m. FAMILY LUNCHEON Bauccio Commons The University hosts a lunch for all graduates, their families, guests, faculty, and staff. 3:00 p.m. COMMENCEMENT II College of Arts and Sciences and School of Education Earle A. and Virginia H. Tickets are required for both Commencement ceremonies. Graduates will be allotted seven tickets for their guests and all seats are assigned. After each Commencement Ceremony, graduates may pick up diplomas at the Office of the Registrar in Waldschmidt. Photo ID is required. The Office of the Registrar will be open for two hours after the conclusion of each ceremony.
