The conference is open to all local government employees and technology professionals that want to learn more about technology. Advance Registration Details All participants are encouraged to register in advance to avoid any delays at the conference registration desk. Your name badge and other information relative to the conference will be available at the conference registration desk upon your arrival. Online Registration Online registration is available through the FLGISA attendee event website. We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. You can select to send a check to the address noted online, by selecting the Pay Later option, or you can pay directly with a credit card. Please note that Visa, MasterCard and AMEX credit card payments will only be accepted with online registration. Credit card payments cannot be accepted by fax or email. Registrations submitted and paid online via credit card will automatically be marked as paid and you will receive your conference confirmation by email. Online conference registration is available until July 20, 2018. If you are unable to meet this registration deadline, please bring your registration forms with you to register on-site at the conference. 2 Registration Fees & Deadlines Conference registration is open to all local government employees and technology professionals. The game card will list each booth sponsors name and booth number. While thanking the sponsors for their support, be sure to have them stamp your card. When all the card spaces are stamped or signed, the cards become eligible for a prize drawing. Refund Policy If prepaid attendees are not able to attend the conference, notice must be submitted via email by July 16, 2018 to admin@flgisa.org to authorize a refund. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitutions can be made at any time. Prepaid registrations not canceled by this date will be included in the advance registration count required by the hotel and are not eligible for a refund. Guest Ticket Policy Guest tickets will only be issued to those individuals that are a guest of a paid conference attendee. Guest tickets are not available to individuals that are eligible to become FLGISA members or sponsors. Networking Reception $20 Lunch $25 Dinner Event $25 Certified Public Technology Leadership Program The Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO) program is preparing for its 11th year! In July 2018, the current CGCIO class, which began in January 2017, will graduate. The next Certified Public Technology Manager (CPTM) and CGCIO classes will begin July 2018. Application deadline was March 9, 2018. The CGCIO Program is for those who are in or who are striving to be in executive leadership positions. It is aimed at CIOs or those functioning in a CIO capacity. This program runs 12 months (240 hours). The first part of the program is dedicated to in-class and online course work. This program will have a total of four in-person, one- to two-day work sessions held in conjunction with the FLGISA winter and annual conferences. A Capstone Project must be completed and presented prior to graduation. The CPTM Program is for those who are in or working toward a supervisory position. The program is six months in duration (100 hours) and entails two in-person sessions, monthly online discussions and individual assignments, and a final project.
