Goa Institute of Management PGDM - Management

MESSAGE FROM THE DEAN, Management ProgramME, Goa Institute of Mangement A robust healthcare sector is the hallmark of a truly robust economy. From pharmaceutical manufacturing to healthcare services to medical devices and even related new age areas like ITES and financing all of these areas need to develop with increases in income levels, population, and life expectancy. Given the need for investment and managerial talent in this promising area, GIM chose to create a specialised programme that focuses on making available a tailored management cadre to the sector. Whether it is the public healthcare service providers, big or small pharma, equipment manufacturers or hospitals, every category of recruiter can rely upon GIM to provide graduates who are focused on and well versed with the healthcare sector. GIM s two-year full-time post graduate programme in healthcare management provides immense opportunities to students interested in this sector, whether or not they have prior experience in healthcare. The students of first two batches have already begun their journey and are poised to be healthcare managers of choice. Unlike any other healthcare management programme in the country, this programme prepares future managers in all the major domains of the healthcare industry. Thank you for your interest in this programme and we look forward to welcoming you into the programme. Best regards Ajit Parulekar Dean- Management Programme
