Position Title: Social Worker Grade 1 Division: Community Services Reports To: Operations Grade 2 Social Worker: Administration Allied Health Manager Primary Objective: Direct Reports: Nil To provide the highest standard Social Work services to patients, clients, families and staff within as a member of the allied health interdisciplinary team. The Social Worker undertakes best practice interventions that ensure optimal treatment and care and efficient discharge planning.
