Hornby Festival $10,000 Development of a feasibility study which examines the potential for Hornby Island to become an education destination for arts and music. Kettle River Museum $10,000 The project will complete a feasibility study and a comprehensive business plan to determine viability of operating a hostel located on the Kettle River Museum lot. Kitimat Valley Education $10,000 The project will develop a report on training gaps in the Kitimat region, including what training is available through organizations in region, how often courses are offered, their cost and funding sources, and to determine what trade/education offerings the community can benefit from most. Ktunaxa Nation Council $10,000 This project will support the development of a Ktunaxa Interpretive Centre to enhance the visibility and experience of the Ktunaxa tribe and the St. Eugence Golf Resort Casino and other tourism related businesses. Lillooet & District Chamber of $10,000 Funding will go towards a business plan which examines the creation of a regional Destination Tourism organization, as well as launching a tour bus coordination pilot project. Lillooet Agriculture and Food $10,000 This project will create an agriculture sector market access and growth strategy to take advantage of the significant agricultural land holdings in Lillooet. Lillooet Regional Invasive Species $10,000 This project will pilot a community workshop with specific training sessions targeting industry, local government, not-for-profits and First Nations communities on a variety of natural resource topics (invasive species, bear safety, archaeology etc.). 4

Revelstoke Local Food Initiative $10,000 This project will create a feasibility study for a community greenhouse in Revelstoke. Revelstoke Nordic Ski Club $8,000 This project will develop a strategic plan for club/facility development that would address land use, trail, infrastructure and club sustainability planning. Saa'men GP Ltd $10,000 The project will complete an analysis of property value, land appraisal, and negotiations to reach an agreement-in-principle to purchase property for the development of a fuel station/convenience store. Stewardship Pemberton $6,350 Funding will be used to obtain engineered drawings for the connection of municipal services for the One Mile Lake Nature Centre. Stuart Lake Nordic $10,000 Funding will go towards the hiring of a project coordinator who will oversee a nordic trail upgrade project, as well as a consultant to determine scope of work. Summerland Chamber of $10,000 The project will complete a feasibility study on the creation of an agriculture business incubator. The study will identify local champions for the project, as well as provide an action plan for implementation. 7

Switzmalph Cultural $9,995 This project will work to protect, recover and transplant as many indigenous plants as possible affected by the Mary Thomas Cultural Interpretive trails project. Tahltan Band Council $10,000 The project will study the feasibility of several of the Tahltan Band's potential Economic Development projects. The Corporation of the Village of McBride The Corporation of the Village of Slocan $10,000 The project will conduct a study that recommends a plan to implement the CASE (Compact, Affordable, Sustainable, and Efficient) housing project in the community. $10,000 This project will recruit a professional consultant to create a long-term waterfront management and development strategy. The District of Summerland $10,000 This project will develop a report summarizing opportunities and best practices for the municipality's participation in affordable housing partnerships/projects. The Nakusp and District Chamber of $10,000 The project will explore the options for sustainable funding for the West Koot Route tourism initiative: a regional tourism marketing project by the Nakusp & District, Slocan District, and Kaslo & Area Chambers of. Tofino Ucluelet Culinary Guild $10,000 Development of a business plan that will expand the consumer base for the Tofino Ucluelet Culinary Guild. Town of Golden $10,000 This project will produce conceptual design and Class D cost estimates for the construction of a connecting multimodal Rotary Trail and a scenic viewing platform overlooking the Kicking Horse River. 8

Town of Ladysmith $10,000 The project will develop a comprehensive business case to assess the feasibility of a retail sales component to Ladysmith's bio-solids composting program. Tumbler Ridge Global Geopark $10,000 This project will create a program plan for an educational tool-kit. This is required for the Geo Park to maintain its UNESCO designation. Village of Gold River $10,000 The project will complete a feasibility study to assess the load rating of the Gold River Wharf and determine necessary upgrades to ensure continued economic use. Village of Queen Charlotte $10,000 This project will construct a local cycle network plan for the community, outlining feasible cycle facility standards, mapping existing and recommended networks with GIS, and prioritizing areas where future funding can be allocated. Whitevalley Community Resource Centre $10,000 This project will develop a plan for fish passage between the lower and upper reaches if the Middle Shuswap River. The Plan will include cost estimates, engineering information, and options. Xatsull General Partnership Ltd $10,000 This project will complete a feasibility study around a novelty firewood product as well as a business plan in anticipation of partnering with SBC Firemaster, North America's largest firewood supplier. 9
