DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY P. O. BOX 549 FORT MEADE, MARYLAND 20755-0549 IN REPLY REFER TO: Joint Interoperability Test Command (JTE) 14 July 2017 MEMORANDUM FOR DISTRIBUTION SUBJECT: Extension of the Joint Interoperability Certification of the LiteScape OnCast References: (a) Department of Defense Instruction 8100.04, "DoD Unified Capabilities (UC)," 9 December 2010 (b) Office of the Department of Defense Chief Information Officer, Department of Defense Unified Capabilities Requirements 2013 (UCR 2013) Change 1, June 2015 (c) through (f), see Enclosure 1. Certification Authority. Reference (a) establishes the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) as the Joint Interoperability Certification Authority (CA) for Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) products, Reference (b). 2. Conditions of Certification. The LiteScape OnCast, hereinafter referred to as the System Under Test (SUT), meets the critical requirements of the Unified Capabilities Requirements (UCR), Reference (b), and is certified for joint use as an Enterprise Directory Services (EDS) Gateway with the conditions described in Table 1. Any updates to the SUT via Desktop Reviews (DTRs) following the original certification are depicted in Table 4. The SUT was tested and certified for use specifically with the Cisco Unified Communications Manager 8.6.1 Enterprise Session Controller (ESC). This certification expires upon changes that affect interoperability, but no later than the expiration date specified in the DoDIN Approved Products List (APL) memorandum. The extension of this certification is for Desktop Review (DTR) 2. DTR 2 was a request to extend the DoDIN APL expiration date for an additional three (3) years. Additionally, DTR 2 updated the UCR 2013 Errata 1, Reference (c) to the most current UCR 2013 Change 1, Reference (b). See Paragraph 4 for the test details. Table 1. Conditions None Condition UCR Waivers Operational Impact Remarks

Table 1. Conditions (continued) None Condition Conditions of Fielding Open Test Discrepancies Although the SUT supports the requirement to authenticate EDS clients before exchanging EDS queries, this functionality was not tested and is not covered under this certification. Operational Impact 1. DTR 2 updated the UCR 2013 Errata 1, Reference (c) to the most current UCR 2013 Change 1, Reference (b) 2. This requirement was removed in UCR 2013 Change 1; therefore, this discrepancy is no longer applicable None Remarks CLOSED (See note 2.) Interoperability Status. Table 2 provides the SUT interface interoperability status. Table 3 provides the Capability Requirements (CR) and Functional Requirements (FR) status. The SUT high-level CR and FR ID numbers depicted in the Threshold CRs/FRs column are cross-referenced with Table 3. The SUT does not stipulate a required interface. 2. DTR 2 updated the UCR 2013 Errata 1, Reference (c) to the most current UCR 2013 Change 1, Reference (b). JITC analysis determined the UCR Guide 2013 Change 1 updates changed the Network Interfaces from Required to Conditional for UCR requirements against which the SUT was certified. These changes reduced the requirements for an EDS gateway and did not impact the SUT's originally certified interoperability features and functions, Reference (d). APL Approved Products List DoDIN Department of Defense Information Network DTR Desktop Review EDS SUT Enterprise Directory Services System Under Test 4. Test Details. The extension of this certification is based upon DTR 2. The original certification, documented in Reference (d), was based on interoperability (IO) testing, review of the vendor s Letters of Compliance (LoC), DISA adjudication of open test discrepancy reports (TDRs), and DISA CA recommendation for inclusion on the DoDIN APL. Testing was conducted at JITC, Fort Huachuca, Arizona, from 4 through 8 August 2014 using test procedures derived from Reference (f). Review of the vendor s LoC was completed on 6 August 2014. DISA adjudication of outstanding TDRs was completed on 19 August 2014. Cybersecurity (CS) testing was conducted by JITC-led CS test teams and the results are published in a separate report, Reference (e). DTR 2 was a request to extend the DoDIN APL expiration for an additional three (3) years. Additionally, DTR 2 updated the UCR 2013 Errata 1, Reference (c) to the most current UCR 2013 Change 1, Reference (b). JITC reviewed the system documentation and the changes between UCR 2013 Change 1, Reference (b), and UCR 2013 Errata 1 requirements, Reference (c), and determined no additional IO testing was required. For requirements against 3

which the SUT was originally certified, UCR Guide 2013 Change 1 updates only included the removal of authentication of EDS Client to EDS Gateway requirements and changed the Network Interfaces from Required to Conditional. These changes reduced EDS gateway requirements and did not impact the SUT's originally certified interoperability features and functions, Reference (d). Additionally, DISA Approved Products Certification Office (APCO) concurred that this DTR2 did not alter the security posture of the solution from the original CS accreditation and no CS testing was required. Therefore, JITC approves this DTR. 5. Additional Information. JITC distributes interoperability information via the JITC Electronic Report Distribution (ERD) system, which uses Sensitive but Unclassified IP Data (formerly known as NIPRNet) e-mail. Interoperability status information is available via the JITC System Tracking Program (STP). STP is accessible by.mil/.gov users at https://stp.fhu.disa.mil/. Test reports, lessons learned, and related testing documents and references are on the JITC Joint Interoperability Tool (JIT) at https://jit.fhu.disa.mil/. Due to the sensitivity of the information, the Cybersecurity Assessment Package (CAP) that contains the approved configuration and deployment guide must be requested directly from the APCO, e-mail: disa.meade.ie.list.approved-products-certification-office@mail.mil. All associated information is available on the DISA APCO website located at http://www.disa.mil/services/network-services/ucco. 6. Point of Contact (POC). The JITC point of contact is Kathleen Kendall; commercial telephone (520) 538-0507, DSN telephone 879-0507, FAX DSN 879-4347; e-mail address kathleen.a.kendall2.civ@mail.mil; mailing address Joint Interoperability Test Command, ATTN: JTE (Kathleen Kendall) P.O.
