City of Henderson and Clark County have provided their data so far. City of Las Vegas was contacted and said they will provide it in near future. Boulder City has also indicated they have sidewalk data to share. City of North Las Vegas has indicated they do not have this data. City of Mesquite has been contacted as well, no reply yet. Works worked on include, * Crash data analysis (part of MAP-21 requirement) using data obtained from NDOT; * Web App - Southern Nevada Strong (SNS) Community Engagement Interactive Mapping Tool development; * Web App - Researching and testing the feasibility of creating a MAG Interactive Maps application alike RTC application hosting local transportation, census, land use, demographic, employment, economic, and other desired data. * Web App - Planning Analysis Tool (PAT) maintenance and update. Intelligent Transportation Systems Studies 302-9265-18 Internet of Things (IoT) & Connected and Autonomous Vehicle (CAV) System Architectures implementation agreement under development January 4, 2018- This is going to be a study that will be directed by Southern Nevada FAST as it is closer to their area of practice and expertise. HS The RTCSNV Metropolitan Planning department will not be involved in managing this study. --End of notes-- Long Range Transportation Planning 202-3325-18 Performance Based Planning 33 On-Going in house project. Transferred posted speed from the Travel Demand Model to NPMRDS network and provided the data to the NPMRDS data administrator so that the data can be inputed into the NPMRDS Analytics. Work on MAP21 required reporting Performance Measures, Crash data analysis and INRIX data. Attend monthly Performance Measures Working Group meeting. 202-3710-18 Bicycle and Pedestrian Planning 2 participation on the Clark County Rural Streets Study included convening the Stakeholder Committee to review draft materials for the February Open House event. The Southern Nevada delegation was awarded a grant from the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors to attend the 2018 Walk Action Institute. Staff coordinated with local jurisdictions to update GIS data for existing bike facilities in Southern Nevada. 202-3715-18 Transportation Safety Planning 33 Attended and represented RTC at the Strategic Highway Safety Plan (SHSP) committees. A limited RTP amendment to initiate and update 5 projects was developed and is under review by the RTC Board for action in January 2018. 202-9035-18 High Capacity Transit System Development and Planning 30 With input from the community and stakeholders, an initial universe of alternatives was created. Additionally, evaluation criteria against which these corridors will be evaluated have been drafted. Community outreach is ongoing with 5 events scheduled per week. The consultant is analyzing the suggestions recieived by the techincal advisory committee. 301-9115-18 Planning and Infrastructure Needs for Emerging Transportation Technologies 10 Staff-led State of Practice review continuing; project project scope developed and under review; project should initiate in February 2018 301-9120-18 Complete Streets Implementation Study 0 not initiatied. 301-9125-18 Boulder Highway Multimodal Transportation Investment Study 301-9225-18 Bruce Street Green and Complete Street, Charleston Blvd. to North Las Vegas Blvd. 40 The technical advisory committee met on October 25, 2017 to discuss existing conditions and develop problem statements. The next meeting will be a workshop which is planned to be held on January 31, 2018. implementation agreement under development. January 4, 2018 Anticipating submission of scope from City of Las Vegas in month of January, 2018. 301-9230-18 Citywide Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan - North Las Vegas implementation agreement under development January 4, 2018 The scope document was submitted by the City of North Las Vegas in mid- December and I returned a revised scope document to them for consideration on January 2, 2017. We are working on getting the particulars together on the stakeholder engagement and public participation aspect of the study. Expect to have completed scope in perhaps another week or two and willl follow up with ICE. -----end of report--- January 31, 2018 The scope document was submitted to the finance department in mid January and a meeting was held concerning the scope and RFP development on January 29th. The schedule is as follows: February 5th - Advertising orders for study RFP placed (begin of silent period). February 12th - Preproposal conference February 15th - Deadline for receipt of written questions and addenda. February 20th - Responses to Written Questions Due February 27th - Pre-Evaluation Meeting, Proposal Distribution and Evaluation Team February 27th - March 13th - Proposal Review and Evaluation Process March 20th - Interviews with Consultants and Final Evaluation March 22nd - Purchasing Deadline April 2nd - Agenda Team Deadline April 12th - RTC Board Meeting - awarding of contract April 23rd - Anticipated Notice to Proceed April 23rd, 2018 to March 31, 2019 - Contract Performance Period. Evaluation Committee will consist of three people from City of North Las Vegas - Johanna Murphy, Tim Reesman and Mike Hudgens and two people from RTC - Rush Wickes and Cathy Halka. ----end of notes---- 301-9235-18 Pedestrian Safety and Comfort 3 Selection Committed evaluated proposals received from the RFP, and interviews will take place in the next week. A notice to proceed is anticipated in March, 2018. 301-9240-18 Railroad Museum and River Mountain Loop Trail Access Improvements - Boulder City 3 First meeting of Participating Agencies took place on December 14, 2017. The meeting successfully reviewed the study scope and schedule, and understanding of the purpose and need of the study was enhanced. The second meeting among project stakeholders and Participating Agencies will take place in the middle of February, 2018 to begin reviewing existing conditions data. 301-9245-18 School Trip Generation and Siting Study not initiated AK Page 4 AK

301-9250-18 Livable Centers Study Pilot Program 3 Selection Committee reviewed additional materials from applicants and selected a proposal for FY18 funding. Staff will work with selected agency to execute an interlocal agreement and procure consultant services on the the project. 301-9255-18 Economics of Bicycling in Clark County not initiated 301-9260-18 Impacts of Emerging Technology on Public Transit scope under development NG Planning Administration 101-1500-18 General Outreach 25 RTC staff conducted routine activities in preparation for future outreach on several UPWP planning studies. (Note: many outreach activities are billed to the associated project task numbers or planning administration depending on the nature of the outreach conducted). 101-2300-18 Stakeholder Coordination 25 Staff engaged in routine coordination with the Federal agencies, NDOT and the local entities. They also participated in monthly meetings of the Planning Executive Group and related work groups on RTP/TIP/STIP development and FAST Act performance measures. 101-2310-18 Planning Administration 25 Staff participated and provided support to the following RTC meetings: RTC Board (9/14), MPS (9/12), TAAC (9/27) and EAC (9/28). Additionally, staff participated and provided support to other regional transportation planning efforts involving NDOT, the Southern NV Regional Planning Coalition, the Transportation Resource Advisory Committee, and Southern Nevada Strong, among others. 101-3100-18 Unified Planning Work Program UPWP Amendment developed for October adoption --end of notes--- Kickoff meeting for UPWP with NDOT scheduled for February 22nd, 2018 Developed an MPO UPWP Table for tracking the expenditures for each respective UPWP study against the overall annual upwp budget --end of notes for January 31-- 101-3200-18 Transportation Improvement Program 40 Managed and administered several amendments and administrative modification to the Transportation Improvement Program. 101-3500-18 Environmental Justice/Title VI / Ladders of Opportunity 25 No work was performed on this task over the past month. 101-3600-18 Miscellaneous (INRIX, ArcGIS, Transcad, etc) 25 No work was performed on this task over the past month. 101-9200-18 Southern Nevada Strong - Transportation Implementation 5 Staff contributed to and reveiwed process and applications for planning study. RL 101-9205-18 Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) 25 In the month of January 2018, I reviewed and provided comment to the final draft TOD Briefing Book for the RTC "On Board" Transit Plan, took part in the On Board TAG meeting and provided comments to the On Board Peer Review document. I have continued planning and scheduling for a TOD Symposium and TOD Field Trip. The Field Trip to Salt Lake City is now scheduled for March 22-23, 2018. DF Page 5
