SM SIAA MarketFinder officially kicked off the LifeLock Identity Services for consumers program with a series of two webinars held on Jan 12th and 14th. The sessions were very well attended and member agencies are already referring business. With the consumer program, member agents can enroll and offer Lifelock to their personal lines clients at a discounted (10%) rate, plus 60 days free. Clients are directed to an SIAA branded LifeLock website where the client purchases and pays directly from/to LifeLock. The member agent will receive PMSF in the form of a finder s fee of 8% for 3 years on all business referred. The process is simple and a number of enrollment guides and marketing materials have been developed to help agents add this extra stream of income without any licensing or heavy lifting. To view these materials, and learn more about the program, click here. Next up? The LifeLock employee benefit program is scheduled to roll out in March. Business clients of your member agencies can offer LifeLock to employees as a payroll deduction. Member agencies will receive a 10% commission through the life of enrollment, and eligibility is not a barrier the business client needs only have 2 or more employees participating. Through the LifeLock for Business program, participating member agents will have access to LifeLock s broker portal, marketing and sales materials, as well as producer training. This is another great program offered to SIAA Member Agencies through SIAA MarketFinder. Cyber Program Closing Soon! The RPS/SIAA Cyber Group plan will be closing for system updates, etc. on January 29, 2016. We encourage you to use the remainder of the month to get your Member Agencies (ISMs) onboard. Business Insurance Advantage Update We are receiving more testimonials from Member Agents who are participating in SIAA s Business Insurance Advantage (BIA) program. Earlier this week, we sent one out to all members (from Mehta Insurance Agency in New Jersey), and are including one below from Beth Willis who is a Member Agent with West Michigan Agency Alliance. These participants are very happy with how the BIA program augments their efforts or helps them launch their initiatives to write more commercial lines premium. Now with more than 250 Member Agencies participating, the efforts of BIA graduates/ participants will provide a significant increase in commercial lines premium written with our Strategic Partners. Please remember, Steve Tombarelli hosts a monthly BIA Members Forum (providing the opportunity for participants to ask questions, share successes, etc). Participation is easy. Dial-in: 712.775.7031 and input access code: 715-338. Beth Willis, CPIA River Valley Insurance Agency, Inc. Receiving her BIA Certificate from Mick Fowler, RVP for West Michigan Agency Network. Beth told us, I had been trying to grow a commercial book for some time with mixed results. The BIA course helped me bring together what I already knew and put to use selling in an organized and targeted fashion. I am now building my commercial pipeline and starting to see some real success. Mick also presents BIA Certificates of Achievement to Joe Mattias and Tom Curtis of Delago & Associates in Wyoming, MI: Agency Foundation Update Jeff Holmes, Vice President of Agency Operations and Services, is seeing activity pick up in conjunction with the Agency Foundation program. As a result of the number of calls and questions coming his way, Jeff is launching his own Agency Foundation Forum, which will take place monthly. To access the schedule of sessions and/or to register for one, simply click here.
