AVW Technologies, Inc. is actively seeking applicants for the following positions. DESIGN OF EXPERIMENTS MILITARY ANALYST STEM degree, DoE experience, able to use major stats programs like JMP, Design Expert, Minitab, R, as well as Excel analysis. Able to process data tables and conduct statistical analysis including Analysis of Variance, Least Squares Regression, Logistic Regression, Survival Analysis, computing confidence intervals, conducting power calculations, and Monte Carlo simulation techniques. Naval Acquisition, T&E, and/or military background preferred. ELECTROMAGNETIC MANEUVER WARFARE (EMW) TEST ANALYST Senior support analyst responsible for the coordination of effort by personnel under all other positions: i) Demonstrated experience leading Navy Information Warfare (IW) missions by employing a thorough understanding of the tenets of Information Operations (IO), sensor/weapons, national systems capabilities and limitations, and know how to optimally use the Electro-Magnetic Spectrum (EMS) for effects-based warfare. ii) Demonstrated knowledge of Joint and Navy doctrine as it applies to EMW operations, including JP 3-13 Information Operations, JP 3-14 Space Operations, NTTP 3-13 IO series, and NWP 3-13 Navy Information Operations. iii) Knowledge with relevant kinetic and non-kinetic Integrated Fires including Navy Integrated Fire Control (NIFC), SSEE, SEWIP, Next Generation Jammer, and Solid State Laser as it applies to EMW. iv) Thorough knowledge of Battlespace Awareness through the operational use of Multispectral sensors; passive detection, tracking, targeting systems; real-time spectrum awareness; and cyber situational awareness. v) Experience employing Command & Control measures in an operational environment such as robust, resilient circuits, transceivers, links; Electronic Protection; Cyber Security; and EM environmental effects engineering. vi) Knowledge of the employment of EMW Maneuver Objectives including emissions management, spread spectrum techniques, deception and decoys, and passive and autonomous operations. vii) Possess the Information Warfare Officer (IWO) qualification. viii) Experience as a staff Information Operations Warfare Commander (IWC) or equivalent operational experience.

SUPPORT TO NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTERS, NAVSEA & PEO IWS PROGRAM MANAGER Twenty-five (25) years of General Surface Navy Combat Systems engineering experience with at least seven (7) years specialized experience, with assignments in engineering development, test and evaluation, and lifetime support engineering phases, and at least five (5) years project management experience for a major tactical system employing embedded computer technology. SUPPORT TO MDA & COMOPTEVFOR COMBAT SYSTEMS AVW Technologies, Inc. provides technical and analytical support to our US Navy customer base in the definition, conduct and analysis of US Navy systems including the Aegis Combat System, all Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) baselines, Aegis Ashore, SPY 1D radar,spq- 9B, AMDR, MFR, and SM-2/SM-3/SM-6 missile systems. We have the need for highly motivated & qualified Military Analyst candidates who possess: i. Experience relevant to Shipboard Combat Systems, Ballistic Missile Defense, Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) mission areas. ii. Experience in the area of system development, developmental & operational testing of DoD systems relating to Shipboard Combat Systems, ABMD, & BMDS. iii. Fleet Operational experience in the shipboard combat systems technical domain. iv. Experience with DoD and Navy acquisition, T&E, and M&S policies and processes. Nice to haves include: i. Familiarity with data analysis tools including, but not limited to: MARS, ADAR, and NSITE. ii. Experience using, and a technical understanding of, the family of US Navy Missile System and Weapons System models and simulations, including, but not limited to: Medusa, 6DOF, Argo, ACSIS, ASTATS, and NGS used to supplement the test and evaluation of the Aegis Weapon System in BMD operations. iii. Experience with NAVSEA, PEO Ships, PEO IWS, PEO Carriers, OPNAV, NRL, NSWC-DD & NWSC-PHD. iv. Former Government Service Employee GS-12/15.

DHS T&E RELATED POSITIONS Human Factors Engineer; Statistician; M&S Engineer Description: An organizational expert in the mechanical, electrical, chemical, components of civil engineering, aerospace, nuclear, bioengineering, science or marine architecture fields. Provides technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. Participates as needed in all phases of science and engineering disciplines with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases. Applies principles, methods and knowledge of the functional area of capability to specific task order requirements, advanced mathematical principles and methods to exceptionally difficult and narrowly defined technical problems in engineering and other scientific applications to arrive at automated solutions. May have authored and published articles or books in field of expertise. Experience Requirement: Master s degree plus 10 years of relevant work experience. Alternate Education/Experience Requirement: Doctorate plus 8 years of relevant work experience is required. Associate Test Engineer Description: Works under the supervision of more experienced staff, performing routine technical support in the conduct of analysis, experiments, and tests. Calibrates and/or operates standard laboratory equipment. Sets up or installs materials, equipment and apparatus for use in experiments and tests. Observes experiments, records test data,

performs routine analyses and maintenance, prepares charts and graphs, and complies with safety and security procedures in the performance of work. Education/Experience Requirement: An Associate s degree or equivalent training is required.
