March 3 March 2018 March 4@1200 Abandoned Vehicle 03-04-2018@1200 Tigerville General Store Open Officer on patrol observed a vehicle that that was at the General Store on Saturday Upon investigation, Officer discovered that the vehicle had actually been there for four (4) days Officer started abandoned vehicle process with Greenville County Sheriff s Office March 5 March 6 March 7@0930 BOLO on Suspicious Vehicle 03-07-2018@0200 Tigerville Campus Open An Officer received a report from Tigerville Fire Department concerning a theft from a vehicle at their station A BOLO was issued on suspect vehicle March 8 March 9 March 10 March 11 March 12 March 13

March 14 March 15 March 2018 March 16@1135 Marijuana: Simple Possession 03-16-2018@1135 Howard Residence Hall Parking Lot Administratively Closed While on patrol, an Officer noticed a vehicle parked in a Fire Lane The vehicle had no NGU Parking Permit After issuing a citation, while placing the ticket on the vehicle, the Officer noticed the smell of what he thought was marijuana coming from the vehicle A K-9 unit was bought in and a positive response was given The owner of the vehicle was located and a search of the vehicle made A small amount of marijuana was discovered and confiscated This incident is not being followed up on at this time either because there is not enough information to move forward or this type of case does not require additional action At any time this case could be referred for additional action if more information is received March 17 March 18 March 19 March 20 March 21@1715 Threating Telephone Call 03-21-2018@1700 Hayes Ministry Center Open An Officer responded to a staff member who received a phone call from an angry student A report was taken and Student Life was notified of the situation March 22 March 23@2245 Suspicious Persons 03-23-2018@2245 Tigerville General Store Closed Officers responded to a call about suspicious persons congregating in a corner of the parking lot Persons had met to sell a racing bike in well lighted area

March 24 March 25 No Reports of Incidents March - April 2018 March 26 March 27@1732 Medical Emergency 03-27-2019@1732 AV Wood Closed An Officer responded with EMRT to a medical emergency After evaluation, person was transported to Urgent Care March 28@1500 Harassing Communication 03-26-2018@1400 Tigerville Campus Open Student reported receiving several harassing communications via text and email Officer took report and started investigation March 29 March 30 March 31 April 1 April 2@1005 Report of Drugs 04-02-2018@1005 Crusader Court Closed Student Life received a report of drugs at Crusader Court K-9 unit was deployed No drugs were found but evidence of drugs in the rooms was discovered Case referred to Student Life April 3@1826 Marijuana Simple Possession 04-03-2018@1826 West Crain Closed Officers received a call about suspicious persons in a car at W Crain Upon arrival, they detected the scent of marijuana When questioned, one person admitted to having recently smoked some marijuana and a small amount was confiscated Matter was turned over to Student Life

April 4 April 2018 April 5@0030 Medical Emergency 04-05-2018@0030 Campus Security Office Closed Person came to NGU Campus Security Office with medical complaint EMS was called After evaluation, person chose to be transported by a friend in the friend s personal vehicle to Emergency Room at hospital April 5@0930 Practice of Emergency Response 04-05-2018@0930 Crain Science Building Closed observed and evaluated emergency response procedures of faculty, staff and students at Crain Science Building April 5@1438 Petty Larceny 04-05-2018@1438 Tigerville General Store Administratively Closed Officer responded to a call concerning two (2) persons hiding items in their bags Upon arrival, one person ran away and other person went to sale counter and pulled out items from bag and paid for them Investigation confirmed persons hiding items in bags Persons referred to Student Life April 6@0840 Trespass 04-06-2018@0840 Cooper Parking Lot Closed Officer received notice that a former employee of an outside agency had returned to campus Person was issued a trespass notice April 7 No Reports of Incidents April 8@1345 Welfare Check 04-08-2018@1345 Horton-Tingle Residence Hall Closed Officer received a called for welfare check on a student Welfare check made at residence, but there was no response Report was made back to person making welfare check request for further action April 9@1640 Simple Assault 04-09-2018@1640 AV Wood Parking Lot Open Officers responded to a report of a physical altercation between a male and a female persons Persons had left the scene in a vehicle before Officers arrived Witnesses were interviewed and report made Information was passed on to other local Law Enforcement Agencies April 10@1200 Medical Emergency 04-10-2018@1200 Donnan Administration Closed Officer responded with EMRT to person with medical complaint Person was treated and released April 11@0625 Weapon Confiscated 04-11-2018@0625 Crusader Court Administratively Closed During a drug search, a gun was found in a person s vehicle Gun was confiscated and matter referred to Student Life

April 12@1514 Threating Suicide 04-12-2018@1514 Tingle Student Center Closed Officers responded to Student Life for a person threating suicide EMS was called and person transported to hospital for evaluation and treatment April 12@1855 Medical Emergency 04-12-2018@1855 Billingsley Theater Closed Officers responded with EMRT and EMS to medical emergency Person was treated and chose not to be transported to emergency room April 13 April 14 April 2018 April 15 April 16 April 17 April 18 April 19@0010 Alcohol/Intoxication 04-19-2018@0010 McKinney House Administratively Closed Officers responded to a report of two (2) people drinking alcohol Upon arrival persons fled but were later found Incident referred to Student Life Previous Daily Security Logs are available at the NGU Campus Security Office Please present a written request and it will be filled within 2 business days
