Where were we? Bad (or no) strategy to work with employers Complaints on daily basis inappropriate candidates from ESS Not enough qualified counsellors for finding employers needs Not well aware that employers are our primary partner in reducing unemployment etc.
What did we do? Proactive approach to employers Deliver services for employers A one-stop-shop Preparation of tailor made programmes for employers needs Marketing approach training of counsellors for employers Modernization of IT application support
