Participation Form LeadingAge Washington invites you to participate in the 2017 Long Term Services and Supports Employee Compensation Survey. The results of this survey will be reported based on facility type, operating budget size, and geographic region. The reliability and use of the report will be enhanced with increased participation of all facilities. We encourage you to complete the survey and mail it in with your order for a copy of the report. Please complete & submit the attached compensation survey no later than Friday, June 30, 2017. We must charge a fee to cover the costs of administering the survey and compiling and reporting the results. Nonparticipants are able to purchase the report of survey results but for twice the fee. COMPENSATION DATA REPORTING: Complete the addendum information for your organization. Please read the job descriptions carefully. Do not match by title alone. It is not necessary to match every job. Report only those employees whose duties substantially fit the appropriate job classification. If employees perform functions in multiple positions, report them in the position where they perform the appropriate functions at least 50% of their time. Interfaces with internal/ external contacts requiring considerable discretion and initiative. Prepares correspondence and reports, maintains files, may order and distribute agency supplies, answers telephone and screens calls. Prepares board packets. HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST - 971 Responsible for a wide range of functions related to human resource/personnel programs and policies such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, training and labor relations. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER - 980 Responsible for aligning the community s technology with its vision and business strategy by integrating organizational processes with the appropriate technologies. This position may be responsible for ensuring the continuing development of the web site and other Internet-related deliverables.
