Dear Woman of God: We are so excited about our 2014 Women s Conference Your Best Life Embracing Your Kingdom Purpose. On behalf of The Baptist Worship Center, we would like to invite you and the women of your church to participate in what promises to be a life-changing experience. We have anointed preachers, psalmists, and workshop presenters to help women to go beyond their personal comfort zone and think differently about their life, their relationships, and their walk with God so that they can embrace their purpose in the Kingdom of God and truly live their best life. The Women s Conference will be held on Thursday, August 14 th to Saturday, August 16 th at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For your convenience, we have enclosed the Frequently Asked Questions brochure and the Registration Form. Frequently Asked Questions GENERAL INFORMATION 1. What can I expect from Your Best Life: Embracing Your Kingdom Purpose Women s Conference 2014? Your best life is not just a moment it s a movement! It is time to go beyond your personal comfort zone and think differently about your life, your relationships, and your walk with God. There will be anointed preachers, Life Clinic presenters, and psalmists to enlighten, encourage, and excite you to Embrace Your Kingdom Purpose so that you can live your best life. The Registration Cost for the Conference includes the following: 1) Conference Materials; 2) Conference Bag; 3) Admission to Life Clinics, evening services and all conference activities; 4) Three Meals (2 days of breakfast and 1 day of lunch); and 5) Gifts and Surprises. An Offering will be received in the evening services. 2. Where will Conference and Women s Season Activities be held? The August 14-16, 2014 Women s Conference will be held at the host hotel, The Philadelphia Marriott Downtown located at 1201 Market Street Philadelphia, PA 19107. Additional Women s Season activities and events will be held at The Baptist Worship Center, located at 4790 James Street, Philadelphia, PA 19137. 3. Are the Hotel Accommodations included in the Conference Registration Cost? Hotel accommodations are not included in the Conference Registration Cost and must be booked separately by contacting the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown hotel directly at 215-625-2900 or visit the website @ https://resweb.passkey.om/go/thebaptistworshipcenter. Please make your hotel reservations before July 15, 2014. Hotel rooms are $99 per night. 4. What is the Spiritual Theme for the Conference? The spiritual theme is based on the following scriptures: John 10:10 NKJV I [Jesus] have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly; and Matthew 6:33 NLT Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and God will give you everything you need.

5. Who may attend the Conference? All adult women and BWC young girls from the S.A.S.S.Y. Girls Program (ages 8-18) who have paid their Conference Registration are invited to this Life Changing Experience. 6. What time does the Conference start/end? The Conference will begin on Thursday August 14, 2014 with hotel check-in starting at 3:00 pm. and the evening service commencing at 7:00 p.m (dinner is on your own). The Conference will end on Saturday, August 16, 2014 with the Closing Service beginning at 1:00 p.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m. 7. Is Child Care Available? Unfortunately, we cannot provide conference attendees with child care services. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION PLANS 8. What is the cost to register for the Conference? The cost to register for the Conference depends on how soon you would like to complete your Registration Payments (Early, Regular, or Late). Early Registration Plan A (January 1, 2014 to March 31, 2014) is $149.00. Regular Registration Plan B (April 1, 2014 to June 30, 2014) is $199.00. Late Registration Plan C (July 1, 2014 to July 31, 2014) is $199.00. As a courtesy to BWC members, payments can be made in installments during Regular and Late Registration, with a $100 deposit due at the time of your initial registration. The cost for BWC S.A.S.S.Y. girls (ages 8 18), accompanied by an adult, will be a flat rate of $100/youth. Registration Payments are Non-Refundable. 9. What does the Early Registration Plan A include? Plan A includes all conference materials, conference bag, admission to Life Clinics, evening services and all conference activities. (this plan also includes 2 days of breakfast and 1 day of lunch). You must pay the complete conference registration cost of $149.00 by the end of Early Registration (March 31, 2014). There are no installment plans available during Early Registration. 10. What does the Regular Registration Plan B include? Plan B includes all conference materials, conference bag, admission to Life Clinics, evening services and all conference activities. (this plan also includes 2 days of breakfast and 1 day of lunch). You must pay the complete registration cost of $199.00 by the end of Regular Registration (June 30, 2014) 11. What does the Late Registration Plan C include? Plan C includes all conference materials, admission to Life Clinics, evening services and all conference activities. (this plan does not include a conference bag or meals) 12. Can I make changes to my registration? Yes. However, we ask that you make all registration changes in writing and that you check with the Registration Committee to ensure that our records are updated accordingly. Please remember that there are No Refunds and Conference Payments are only transferrable to another Conference Registrant once you have paid-in-full and the request is made in writing. 13. Can my friends or family members attend the evening worship services even if they are not registered for the Conference? Only those women and girls who have paid their Conference Registration may attend Conference Activities (i.e. Life Clinics, morning and evening services, etc.)

REGISTRATION PAYMENT PROCESS 14. How can I pay for the Conference Registration? You can pay for the Conference Registration with cash, cashier s check, money order, personal check and/or credit card. 15. How can I pay for the Conference Registration with a personal check? We are able to accept valid personal checks that include your phone number and driver s license ID number. Personal Checks will not be accepted during Late Registration (July 1, 2014 to July 31, 2014). Only Cash, Cashier s Checks, Money Orders and Credit Cards will be accepted during Late Registration. 16. What if I mistakenly bounce a check? If you mistakenly bounce a check, you must pay an additional $25 to cover the bank and administrative fees that the church paid on your behalf. Additionally, money order, cash, cashier s check and/or credit card must be used to pay the remaining conference payments. 17. Can I register for the Conference in person? You may register for the Conference in person by completing a Registration Form and submitting your payment (cash, check, money order, or credit card) to the Conference Registration Team in The Baptist Worship Center s Fellowship Hall on the 2 nd and 4 th Tuesday nights (6:30 p.m. 7:30 p.m.) and on the 2 nd and 4 th Sundays (after the 9:00 a.m. service AND after the 11:00 a.m. service). A receipt will be given upon payment. Please keep the receipt for your records. 18. Can I register for the Conference by mail? You may register for the conference by mailing your completed Registration Form with your enclosed check and/or money order (no cash) to the following address: The Baptist Worship Center; Attention: 2014 Women s Season; 4790 James Street; Philadelphia, PA 19137. (Please Note: Your returned check and/or money order stub will serve as your receipt. Please keep for your records.) 19. Can I register for the Conference online? You may register for the Conference online by going to the BWC website (www.thebaptistworshipcenter.org) 20. Can I register for the Conference on-site at the hotel during the Conference Weekend? Yes. This includes all conference materials, admission to Life Clinics, evening services and all conference activities. (this plan does not include a conference bag or meals) 21. What is your Refund Policy? Registration Payments are Non-Refundable. 22. Are Conference Payments transferrable? In the event that your Conference Registration has been paid-in-full, but you are unable to attend the Conference, you may transfer your Conference Registration Payments, in writing, to another Conference Registrant. Registration Payments are non-refundable.

ATTIRE 23. What should I wear? During the Conference, we invite you to wear appropriate casual attire during the day and business attire at night. Conference T-shirts, if purchased, should be worn on Saturday. 24. What should I bring to the Conference? Bring your Bible to the Conference. You may also want to bring workout clothes and a swimsuit to take advantage of the amenities offered by the Hotel. An Offering will be received in the Evening Services 25. What are the Theme Colors for the Conference? The conference theme colors are purple, lilac, and gold accent. However, we invite you to wear any color you desire at the conference. Traditionally, all attendees wear the conference t-shirt on Saturday. CONFERENCE LIFE CLINICS 26. What are the Life Clinics that we will be able to attend? The Life Clinics are designed to minister to the spiritual, emotional and interpersonal needs of each woman and help each woman to examine their life, their relationships, and their walk with God. Life Clinics will include the following: LIFE SERIES YOU RE GONNA HEAR ME ROAR activating your spiritual authority and taking dominion in your home, the marketplace, and the workplace DESPICABLE ME seeking the Kingdom of God FIRST and managing your finances guilt-free AIN T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT aligning your heart and re-prioritizing your life according to Kingdom values and Biblical principles WRECKING BALL acknowledging destructive behaviors and mindsets that keep you from living an abundant life RELATIONSHIPS SERIES BLURRED LINES setting boundaries and managing expectations in relationships with family, friends, and significant others SCANDAL winning the battles of singleness and committing to self, sexual integrity, and spiritual maturity THE GOOD WIFE recognizing the role of a Godly wife and sustaining a healthy union THE WALKING DEAD -- recovering your dreams after a divorce or the dissolution of a significant relationship WALK WITH GOD SERIES TRUE BLOOD embracing your identity, role and responsibilities as a citizen of God s Kingdom FAST AND FURIOUS learning to pace yourself and avoid burnout amidst the demands of ministry

How will we select our Life Clinics? You will be assigned to a Group and the entire Group will rotate through various Life Clinics on Friday, August 15, 2014. On Saturday, August 16, 2014 you will individually select additional Life Clinics to attend VENDORS 28. Will there be Vendors at the Conference Yes. You will have the opportunity to purchase various items and products to assist you in living Your Best Life in 2014. 29. How can I become a Vendor? To be eligible to become a vendor, please pick up and complete a Vendor Application at the Information Table in The Baptist Worship Center s Narthex or download the Application from the BWC website (www.thebaptistworshipcenter.org). Completed applications can be submitted in person to the Vendor Team in the BWC Fellowship Hall or by mail. Once the application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Letter of Invite and Contract to review, sign, and return. Your Vendor Cost will be due at the time you sign and return your Contract. Vendor space is limited. 30. How much does it cost to be a Vendor at the Women s Conference? If you are interested in being a Vendor at the Women s Conference, the cost will be $100/table for the entire Conference Weekend. There will be a discounted cost of $50/table for the entire Conference Weekend for individuals who are registered to attend the Women s Conference. 31. Can I still become a Vendor even if I am unable to register for the Women s Conference? Yes. If you want to be a Vendor but are unable to register and attend the Women s Conference, the cost will be $100/table for the entire Conference Weekend. However, you will not be entitled to conference materials, conference bag, admission to Life Clinics, evening services and conference activities, meals, and all the gifts and surprises that we have planned for Conference Attendees. 32. If I am a Vendor, what do I need to know? If you are an approved Vendor, we will expect you to govern yourself by the rules and regulations of The Baptist Worship Center and the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel as set forth in your signed Vendor Contract.

HOTEL AND TRANSPORTATION 33. What are the Amenities offered at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown? The Philadelphia Marriott Downtown is one of the largest hotels in the city offering 1,408 rooms and suites, each with wireless high speed Internet and a flat screen television. Hotel amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, and full service business center. Philadelphia Marriott Downtown features fabulous dining, serving American classics with a contemporary twist. For light snacks and appetizers, you can go to Circle Lounge or visit the Starbucks. The hotel is just blocks from Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell Center in Historic Philadelphia. Additional attractions within walking distance include City Hall, Reading Terminal Market, Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and the Kimmel Center. 34. How do I reserve a hotel room at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown and what is the cost? For hotel room reservations, please contact the hotel directly at 215-625-2900 or visit the website @ https://resweb.passkey.om/go/thebaptistworshipcenter. If you make your hotel room reservations before July 15, 2014, the room rate is as low as $99/night (a special rate for Your Best Life conference attendees). 35. When do I check-in at the hotel? You may check-in to the hotel beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2014. 36. Can I just choose to attend the Life Clinics and participate in Conference activities without choosing to stay overnight at the Conference hotel? Yes, but you must complete your Registration payment. 37. Will there be transportation provided? Transportation is not included in the Conference Registration Cost. However, there are a number of available travel options to the conference: 1) You may take public transportation by riding the Market Frankford El or Trolley Routes to 13th & Market; 2) You may choose to drive your own car and park on-site at the Hotel for an additional cost; or 3) You may share a ride with a willing sister-friend and enjoy the warm fellowship on the way to the Hotel. 4) Transportation to and from BWC will be provided for the 11:00 Sunday service for a nominal fee. Sign up takes place at the conference on Thursday and Friday.
