PRESIDENTIAL DISPATCH NO. 63/15 PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC Summary: Approves the Loan Agreement to be entered into between the Republic of Angola represented by the Ministry of Finance and the World Bank, in the total amount of USD 450 million, for budget support, in the form of DPL (Development Policy Loan) and authorises the Minister of Finance to sign the Loan Agreement and all related documentation. DISPATCH NO. 219/15 MINISTRY OF FINANCE Summary: Repeals the Mandate Letter granted to BNP Paribas in compliance with the guidelines of the Presidential Dispatch no. 12/15 of 30 January and approves, in replacement of the same, a Mandate Letter to Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, in the same terms previously granted to BNP Paribas by the Mandate Letter approved by Dispatch no. 12/15 of 30 January and the other terms of the letter remain the same. The Executive Decree also sets forth the values of the Traffic Circulation and Supervision Tax. Repeals Executive Decree no. 245/14 of 7 July.
