(2) Continue agreement with Upper Darby School District for a DCTS Cosmetology Instructor to work in the District s Cosmetology Program during the 2017-18 school year at a cost to the District not to exceed $155,716. (3) Continue to contract with DCIU Special Programs for the purchase of special education support services and instructors for the 2017-18 school year.

(5) Renew the clinical contract with Little Flower Manor and with Manor Care to provide clinical program education and experience during the 2017-18 school year for students in the Health Sciences and Medical Careers programs at no cost to DCTS. (6) Renew contract with Dorothy Raffaele as Coordinator for the Science Refurbishment Center July 1, 2017 June 30, 2018 at a cost not to exceed $12,000. (7) Continue contract with Nora Downey, Financial Aid Consultant, for the 2017-18 school year at $77 per hour not to exceed 400 hours for a total cost not to exceed $30,800. (8) Approve an articulation agreement with the Philadelphia Suburban PHCC Plumbing Apprenticeship School for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Plumbing students at no cost to DCTS. (9) Submit and implement the 2017-18 Delaware County Carl Perkins Plan and budget in the estimated amount of $946,176. Cost funded by student tuition. (22) Purchase the following equipment for the DCTS Automotive program. Funds from the PDE Supplemental Grant will be used to purchase a Hunter Tire Changer/Wheel Balancer from Tool and Equipment Solutions, a sole source provider, in the amount of $22,060. (23) Approval for the Practical Nursing program to contribute funds to the DCIU Education Foundation to cover the award program for the nursing students taking the NCLEX Licensing Exam during the 2017-18 school year in the amount of $235 per student. (24) Permit Kathleen McNamara, Supervisor, and up to three faculty members to attend the National Nurse Educator Summit/ATI in Salt Lake City, Utah from April 21 - April 25, 2018 at an estimated cost of $1,500 per person. ATI to fund the cost of the summit as per contract.

DCAVTS Agenda -7- June 7, 2017 (25) Practical Nursing Program, in collaboration with Pathways, will provide Dementia Practitioner Training at the Marple Education Services Center Campus at a cost of $200 per student. Pathways will fund $130 and the program will fund $70 not to exceed $5,600 for a total of 80 students during the 2017-18 school year. Funded by student tuition. (26) Approve the Partnership Agreement between Delaware County Intermediate Unit Head Start Program and Delaware County Technical School Practical Nursing Program for August 2017 to June 2018 at no cost to DCIU/DCTS.
