(23) Approval for the Practical Nursing program to contribute funds to the DCIU Education Foundation to cover the award program for the nursing students taking the NCLEX Licensing Exam during the 2017-18 school year in the amount of $235 per student. (24) Permit Kathleen McNamara, Supervisor, and up to three faculty members to attend the National Nurse Educator Summit/ATI in Salt Lake City, Utah from April 21 - April 25, 2018 at an estimated cost of $1,500 per person. ATI to fund the cost of the summit as per contract.
DCAVTS Agenda -7- June 7, 2017 (25) Practical Nursing Program, in collaboration with Pathways, will provide Dementia Practitioner Training at the Marple Education Services Center Campus at a cost of $200 per student. Pathways will fund $130 and the program will fund $70 not to exceed $5,600 for a total of 80 students during the 2017-18 school year. Funded by student tuition.
