Oversees management personnel with direct responsibilities for these functional areas. Usually reports to the governing body of the organization. Primary responsibility is for the provision of productive and quality clinical practices. Assists/Directs in the development of policies and procedures used to ensure quality patient care and the orientation of new providers.
