After this date, registration is only possible on site (provided the event is not booked out). For each participant a completed registration form (page 8) is needed. The registration is only valid once payment of the fees has been received. Confirmation of your registration will only be sent to you once the fees have arrived by email only. You will receive all the congress documents and the confirmation of payment on site. The registrations will be handled in the order in which they are received. If you cancel your registration by 3 rd February 2012, the fees (excluding a handling fee of 15) will be repaid.
