Reorganized faculty/staff handbook and linked it to appropriate College Senate Committees. Redesigned continuing appointment and promotion procedures and criteria. Began a faculty development program. 2010 to 2011 Steering Committee for Middle States Accreditation Work Group leader overseeing the data gathering for the self-study focusing on Standard 12- General Education and Standard 13- Other Educational Offerings.
