Ensure useful data is collected and analysed, using qualitative and quantitative skills, and reported effectively to contribute to MCF s understanding and measurement of strategic aims and organisations development. Responsible for embedding monitoring and evaluation across a broad range of support areas via individual grants (Masonic Support) and organisation grants (Charity Grants), based on research and best practice from the sector regarding measuring impact of grants and services on individuals, families, charities and 1
their beneficiaries. KEY RESULT AREAS: To present findings to a range of audiences, both in writing and in person, and work closely with colleagues involved in programme evaluation, service design and delivery. Work closely with the Grants Policy & Research Officer to draw key conclusions from the data. Provide peer support and advice to colleagues considering monitoring and evaluating their work, providing peer-review of analysis they have undertaken.
