PLENARY PANEL Price per sponsor: $2,500 Limit: 2 Well-attended sessions, plenary panels are led by executive leaders from local businesses who speak on member-selected topics. Sponsors of this event provide a three-minute address to attendees and are provided the opportunity to moderate the panel. Two plenary panels per conference, one sponsor each. LOCAL POWER HOUR Price per sponsor: $6,000 Limit: 3 Address and introduce attendees (three-minute remarks) to the lunch keynote which takes place on Saturday afternoon. A well-attended event, sponsors will also receive three complimentary sponsor registrations and three member rate WE Local full conference registrations. SWENEXT DESIGNLAB Price per sponsor: $5,000 Limit: 2 This half-day event takes place on Saturday afternoon during the WE Local conference. It s designed for middle school students, parents and educators. Middle school students are led through a series of hands-on activities while parents and educators learn about inclusion, engineering careers and additional resources to support the next generation of engineers. The sponsor receives recognition on the conference website, mobile app and SWENext DesignLab collateral (e.g. logo on t-shirts, signage, etc). COLLEGIATE COMPETITION Price per sponsor: $1,000 Limit: 4 Support the next generation of women engineers who compete in the WE Local Collegiate Poster Competition. This competition recognizes five undergraduate and five graduate collegiate finalists who were competitively selected from their research that was summarized in a 500-word abstract. Finalists then present their research on a visual poster onsite at the WE Local conference. Receive recognition in the presentation area, website and at the WE Achieve awards ceremony. WE ACHIEVE AWARDS CEREMONY Price per sponsor: $5,000 Limit: 3 The WE Achieve Awards Ceremony takes place on Saturday evening and recognizes outstanding SWE members and partners. As the sponsor of this ceremony, organizations receive recognition on the conference website and mobile app and on-site ceremony collateral along with a three-minute address to attendees. Sponsors also receive three complimentary sponsor registrations.
