Upper Division clerks of Central government or State Government or District Courts with five Years service in grade who have undergone cash and accounts training in the institute of secretariat training and management or equivalent or possess three years experience of cash accounts and budget works. (i) Stenographers in the Pay Band of Rs 5200-20200/- Rs 2400/-. With 10 years regular service in the grade. Persons retired from analogous post or as mentioned High Courts or District Courts. Essential Qualification for Deputation / Reemployment on Contract Basis (a) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution. (b) A speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand (English/Hindi). (c) Knowledge in computer operation. (d) Typing of 40 words per minute in English. Desirable : A speed of 120 words per minute in short hand (English/Hindi). 7 Hindi Translator PB-2 (Rs 9300-34800) Rs 4200/- (a) Deputation Basis Person holding analogous posts on regular basis in Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Courts or District Courts. Holding any lower post than the post mentioned above with at least five years regular service in the scale of Rs 4000-100-6000 (Pre-revised) or equivalent. Junior Accountant PB-1 (Rs 5200-20200) Rs 2800/- (ii) Experience of documentation work in a responsible capacity. (a) Deputation Basis Persons working as Junior Accountants experienced in the departmentalized accounting system under controller General of Account, Telegraph Accounts, Defence and Railways Accounts or High Courts or District Courts Working as auditor under controller General of Accounts or High Court or District Courts. Working as Upper Division clerk/lower division clerk with eight/five years service and possessing experience in accounts matters.

Steno Grade- D PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200/- Rs. 2400 Persons retired from the analogous post or as mentioned above from the service under controller General of Accounts, Post & Telegraph Accounts, Defence and Railways Accounts or High Courts or District Courts. Essential qualifications for deputation/reemployment on contract basis (i) Degree in commerce or equivalent qualification from recognized university. (ii) Knowledge of Computer operation. Desirable:- (i) Master degree in Commerce. (ii) Computer Training course of at least six months duration. (a) Deputation Basis. Persons holding analogous posts on regular basis in the Central Government or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or statutory bodies or courts. Persons retired from analogous post or as above or the Armed Forces Personnel due to retire who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having a requisite experience and qualifications prescribed shall also be considered who shall if selected, be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces and there after they may be continued on reemployment. Essential Qualifications for Deputation/Reemployment on contract basis:- (i) 12 th class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University. (ii) Skill Test Norms. On computer: Dictation- 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute (iii) Transcription: 50 minutes (English), 65 minutes (Hindi). (iv) Computer training course of at least six months duration.

Upper Division Clerk PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200/- Rs. 2400 (a) Deputation Persons from Central Government or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or Statutory Bodies or Courts, holding analogous posts on regular basis. Holding the posts in the Pay Band -1 Rs 5200-20200 Plus Pay Rs 1900 with eight years regular service. Note:- The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation and similarly, deputations shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion. Persons retired from the analogous post from Central Government or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or Statutory Bodies or Courts. Essential qualifications (i) 12 th Class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university. (ii) A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer (35 words per minute correspond to 10500 key depression for each words). (Time allowed -10 minutes). (iii) Computer Training Course of at least six months duration. Desirable. Graduate from a recognized university. 12. Lower Division Clerk PB-1 (Rs. 5200-20200) Rs. 1900/- Deputation Basis Persons holding analogous posts on regular basis in the Central Government or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or statutory bodies or courts. For Ex-Servicemen: Deputation/Re-employment The Armed Forces Personnel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having the requisite experience and qualification prescribed shall also be considered, who shall, if selected, be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces and there after they may be continued on reemployment. Essential qualifications (i) 12 th Class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university. (ii) A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer (35 words per minute correspond to 10500 key depression per hour/9000 key depression per hour on an average of 05 key depressions for each words. (Time allowed- 10 minutes).
-8- (iii) Computer Training Course of at least six months duration. 13. Data Entry Operator 02 (Two) P B-1 Rs 5200-20200 plus Grade Pay Rs 1900/- Desirable. Graduate from a recognized university.. Deputation Basis. Persons from Central Government or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or Statutory bodies or Courts holding analogous posts on regular basis. Holding posts in the Pay band-1 Rs 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs 1900 with two years regular service in the grade. For Ex-Service men Deputation/re-employment: The Armed Forces Personnel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having the requisite experience and qualifications prescribed shall also be considered, who shall, if selected, be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces and there after they may be continued on re-employment. Essential qualifications (i) 12 th Class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute or board or equivalent: and. (ii) Diploma or certificate in information technology or computer field: and. (iii) Knowledge of data entry or computer operation (Should posses a speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour for data entry work). Desirable. Graduate from a recognized university. Note:- The speed of 3000 key depressions per hour for data entry works is to be judged by conducting a speed test on the electronic data of processing (EDP) machine (S) by the competent authority. 14. Staff Car Driver 02 (Two) P B-1 Rs 5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs 1900/- (a) Deputation Basis. On the result of a test in driving designed to adjudge suitability for the post with reference to the standards of competence considered essential in drivers of staff cars from amongst:- (i) Persons holding analogous posts of staff car drivers in ministries or departments of Central Government or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or statutory bodies or courts on regular basis: or. (ii) Regular dispatch Riders (Group-C) in the Pay Band- 1 Rs 5200-20200+ Rs 1900/- and possessing valid driving licence for motor cars : or.
-9- (iii) Regular Group C employees in the Pay band-1 Rs 5200-20200 + Rs 1800/- with three years experience of the Central Government or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or Statutory bodies or Courts located where the concerned Bench of the Tribunal is functioning. For Ex-Service men Deputation/re-employment the Armed Forces Personnel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having the requisite experience and qualifications prescribed shall also be considered, who shall, if selected, be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces and thereafter they may be continued on re-employment. Essential qualifications (i) 10 th standard pass from a recognised board; (ii) Experience of driving a motorcar for at least three years, (iii) Possessing a valid driving licence for motorcars; (iv) Knowledge of motor mechanism (should be able to remove minor-defects in vehicle). 15. Dispatch Rider P B-1 Rs 5200-20200 Rs 1900/- Desirable: Three years service as Home Guard or Civil Volunteers. (a) Deputation Basis. On the result of a test in driving designed to adjudge suitability for the post with reference to the standards of competence considered essential in drivers of motor cycles or scooters, from amongst the regular Group- C employees in the Pay band-1 Rs 5200-20200 + Rs 1800 with three years experience of Driving in Central Government or Armed Forces or State Governments or Tribunals or Commissions or statutory bodies or courts. Persons holding analogous posts in the Central Government or Armed Forces or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or Statutory bodies or courts. -10- Essential qualifications (i) 10 th standard pass from any recognized board or equivalent with ability to read English and Hindi or regional language of the area in which the Tribunal is situated; 16. Library Attendant P B-1 Rs.5200-20200 Rs. 1800/- (ii) Possessing a valid driving licence for motor cycle or scooter or auto Rickshaw and experience of driving such vehicle for at least three years. [ (iii) Having knowledge mechanism of motor cycle or scooter or auto rickshaw and should be able to remove minor defects in such vehicle. (a) Deputation basis. Persons of Group- C staff in the pay band-1 Rs 5200-20200 + of Rs 1800/- with one year regular service in the grade in the central Government Armed Forces, State Government or Tribunals or Commission or statutory bodies or courts or Armed Forces Tribunal and has rendered three years regular service in the capacity. For Ex-Service Men Deputation /Re-employment: The Armed Forces personnel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having requisite qualification and experience proscribed shall also be considered, who shall, if selected be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces and there after they may be continued on re-employment. Essential Qualification. (i) 10 th standard pass or equivalent of any recognized Board; and (ii) Experience of working at least one year in a recognized or registered Library. 17. Multi Tasking staff (Peoncum-helper) 02 (Two) P B-1 Rs.5200-20200 Rs. 1800/- (a) Deputation basis. Persons holding analogous posts in the central Government or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or Statutory bodies or courts. The pay of the officer/official selected against the posts will be governed in accordance with department of Personnel & Training office Memorandum No 2/29/91-Est (Pay II), Dated 05..1994 as amended from time to time. 4. Age Limit : (a) Deputation. The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications, i.e., 23 rd May, 26. (b) Contract. The maximum age limit for the re-employment on contract basis is 64 years. The gross pension will be deducted from the amount of pay fixed, where applicable. 5. The period of deputation, including period of deputation on ex-cadre posts held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. 6.
