1. INTRODUCTION Bangalore International Airport Limited ( BIAL ), the owner and operator of the Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru (the Airport ), and a company registered and incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. BIAL is committed to establishing this Airport as one of India s leading airports, in terms of quality and efficiency and set a benchmark for the future commercial development of Indian airports. 2. OBJECTIVE BIAL intends to procure SITC of Rain Water Collection from Airside Buildings. The Service shall be executed in accordance with the list of approved makes, Bill of quantities & specifications. For the successful execution and completion of Supply, BIAL is interested in receiving Proposals/Quotes on item rate basis, from suitably qualified and experienced civil contractors/firm/company on the terms and conditions contained in this RFQ. The Proposal/Quote shall comply with all the standards listed in the technical specification, drawings, timeline and schedule of quantities mentioned in the RFQ. 3. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Bidder should have 3 years of minimum work experience in the field of SITC of UV system with Auto wiper in Main pump house. Bidders are requested to submit certified copies of all the documents mentioned in Annexure VII along with the proposal. 4. Period of Completion 10 weeks after issuance of PO Terms of Payment Late Delivery Clause Bill will be cleared after 30 days of submission of the invoice & acceptance by BIAL Compensation/penalty for Delay: Purchase Order can be cancelled unilaterally by BIAL, in case items are not received within the contracted delivery period. Further, Liquidated Damages ( LD ) at 1% per week subject to a maximum of 5% of the undelivered will be recovered in case of delay in deliveries beyond the portion of the work in the same delivery period, at the sole discretion of BIAL and as per the general requirements of the Bid. DLP Period/Warranty Variation Proposed 1 year warranty period from the date of completion of work. Contact details for addressing warranty related issues should be provided at the time of completion. The defect should be rectified within 7 days from the date of notification of such defect. Other terms & conditions Technical evaluation Deliverables Includes all costs, material, bought out components and all taxes & duties paid on transactions between manufacturers and Suppliers, transport, packing & other incidentals like Comprehensive Insurance, formalities and all Accessories and Extra fitments mentioned above. Items lists with unit & total prices to be furnished separately. Custom duty if any to be paid by BIAL but not counted for evaluation. 1. Offer shall be submitted by the vendor in the required RFQ format only 2. Offer will be evaluated with regards to technical specification & specified condition compliance.
