Grainger tapped Global Impact to shape and communicate this Fortune 500 company s corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy. As the leading distributor of industrial supplies, MRO equipment, tools and materials, Grainger had the unique opportunity to demonstrate shared value at each phase of its supply chain. Global Impact provided Grainger with benchmarking, executive and leadership assessments and a forward-thinking approach to both strategy and communications that was embraced by Grainger s executive team. An initial output of this ongoing work is a CSR report called Global Values. Local Commitments. The Grainger CSR report is integrated both in print and online. The traditional print report drives readers online, where they can learn year round about Grainger s CSR activities, in real time. Readers are also invited to continue the conversation via social media channels. PARTNER SOLUTIONS CAMPAIGN SOLUTIONS

Traditionally funded largely by USAID, Counterpart International sought services from Global Impact to develop a private fundraising approach to diversify the organization s revenue stream. Global Impact worked with Counterpart International to create avenues for unrestricted dollars, working closely to determine potential donors, strategize opportunities and review the organization s marketing materials in anticipation of connecting with new donors. The team connected Counterpart International to six potential corporate donors, several of which led to larger scale potential projects. After the success of this effort, Counterpart International extended its relationship with Global Impact to an ongoing advisory retainer. CAMPAIGN SOLUTIONS

Hilton Foundation. In the aftermath of the earthquake that devastated Haiti in 2010, the Collaborative launched a pilot project to link the eight Laureate organizations working in Haiti on disaster response, recovery and resiliency programs. To support the pilot project, Global Impact created a sophisticated Web-based mapping technology displaying the GPS coordinates and project details of each Laureates work in Haiti. This map revealed areas of overlap and allowed the Laureates to determine the most efficient means of collaboration. The pilot project has been such a success that the mapping tool s functionality has been expanded: first to include Senegal and more recently to include all Collaborative project areas around the world.
