ENI CBC MED - Decision Making System JMC PSC MA/JTS The Joint Monitoring Committee approves the list of selected projects recommended by the PSC The Project Selection Committee works with the support of a team of assessors for the evaluation of project proposals. The PSC draft recommendation on project proposals to be funded. Project Proposal The Managing Authority and the Joint Technical Secretariat are responsible for launching the call for proposal and managing the selection procedure
