Professionals from industry, academia and government are encouraged to discourse on research and development, professional practice, business and management in the information, innovation, communication and engineering fields are welcome to participate in the ICASI 2016. This conference enables interdisciplinary collaboration between science and engineering technologists in the academic and industrial fields as well as networking internationally. During the conference, there will be substantial time for presentation and discussion. Attendees will find various activities useful in bringing together a diverse group of engineers and technologists from across disciplines for the generation of new ideas, collaboration potential and business opportunities. All accepted papers which have been presented at ICASI 2016 will be published in IEEE Xplore (indexed by EI). It comprises hundreds of the Ryukyu Islands in a chain over 1,000 kilometers (620 mi) long. The Ryukyus extend southwest from Kyushu (the southwesternmost of Japan's main four islands) totaiwan. The Okinawa Prefecture encompasses the southern two thirds of that chain. Naha, Okinawa's capital, is located in the southern part of Okinawa Island.The islands comprising the prefecture are the southern two thirds of the archipelago of the Ryūkyū Islands ( 琉球諸島 Ryūkyū-shotō? ). Okinawa's inhabited islands are typically divided into three geographical archipelagos. As of March 31, 2008, 19% of the total land area of the prefecture was designated as Natural Parks, namely the Iriomote-Ishigaki National Park; Okinawa Kaigan and Okinawa Senseki Quasi-National Parks; and Irabu, Kumejima, and Tonaki Prefectural Natural Parks.
