P 10 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Necessary information / Conditions about Cash Awards: 1. A student will be eligible for Cash Award only in one category out of the programs whether Classroom program or DLP, but not in both. 2. To be eligible for Cash Awards, it is mandatory for top 30 students in each Std to join any of our course before 31st December, 2017. Once the Enrollment is done, it will not be cancelled in any case. The student will have to fill separate enrollment form for separate courses. 3. Students joining Two Year Classroom Program or DLP for Std VII & VIII /IX & X, will get 40% of total Cash Award during Std VII/IX(Academic Year 2018-19) which will be disbursed in 2 equal installments and remaining 60% of Cash Award will be disbursed during Std VIII/X (Academic Year 2019-20) in 2 equal installments. 4. Students joining One Year Classroom Program or DLP for Std VI/VII/ VIII /IX /X, will get total Cash Award disbursed in 2 equal installments during Std VI/VII/ VIII /IX /X (Academic Year 2018-19). 5. Students joining Two Year Classroom Program or DLP for Std XI & XII, will get 30% of total Cash Award during Std XI (Academic Year 2018-19) which will be disbursed in 2 equal installments, 30% of Cash Award will be disbursed during Std XII (Academic Year 2019-20) in 2 equal installments & remaining 40% will be disbursed once students get selected into IITs/any Govt. Medical colleges through All India Quota during the year 2020. 6. Students joining One Year Classroom Program or DLP for Std XII, will get 60% of total Cash Award during Std XII (Academic Year 2018-19) which will be disbursed in 2 equal installments & remaining 40% will be disbursed once students get selected into IITs/any Govt. Medical colleges through All India Quota during the year 2019. 7. Students of Std XII (Academic Year 2018-19) joining our Classroom program, will get the total Cash Award once students get selected into IITs/any Govt. Medical colleges through All India Quota during the year 2018. 8. To be eligible for Cash Award, a student needs to maintain minimum 75% attendance in classes and tests conducted by CVRS failing which, that installment of Cash Award will be discontinued. 9. A student should maintain good performance i.e, scoring average 65% marks in all Objective Tests conducted by CVRS failing which, that installment of Cash Award will be discontinued. 10. The final discretion in all the above cases lies with the Director-Operations, CVRS ESIPL and his/her decision will be final & binding on the student. 11. Cash Award shall be paid by cheque only. Installments will be paid in September & January of respective academic years by the MTP Road centre or at any other venue as decided by the management. However, those students who join our 2- year program shall be eligible for continued scholarship for the entire period of 2 years subject to Terms & Conditions. 4. Maximum scholarship for a student shall not exceed 100% of overall fee in any case whatsoever. 5. During the Classroom Program at C V RAMAN, a student must meet the following requirements failing which his/her scholarship program will be revoked with immediate effect. The decision of Director - Operations, CVRS ESIPL shall be final and binding to the student and the parents. (a) ATTENDANCE: The attendance of the student in the coaching class should not drop below 75% throughout the Classroom program.
