The outside cover will identify the Offeror s name and address and the words Technical Proposal and Risk Management Information System (RMIS) Services. Do not exceed Fifty (50) double-spaced, single-sided pages. Exhibits and samples of previous work are not included in the 50-page limit. Scope of Services The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select a service provider to provide a Risk Management Information System (RMIS) for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (Airports Authority), a public body politic and corporate, responsible for managing a multimodal transportation system that includes: two large airports; a toll road; and construction of a heavy rail rapid transit line. The RMIS service provider shall provide software, tech support and services to meet Airports Authority requirements stated in the Statement of Work and comply with applicable Federal, State and/or local regulations, such as Section 111 of the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 (MMSEA). The Airports Authority will consider any model for delivery of the required services. An Application Service Provider model is preferred.
Scope of Services Shall provide information security controls over and segregation of Airports Authority data as demonstrated by a current satisfactory Statement of Auditing Standards (SAS) No. 70, Type II report or equivalent prepared by a qualified independent assessor is required and must be submitted annually. Must have, maintain, and provide the ability to report data to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid for compliance with Section 111 of the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 (MMSEA). Proven reliability with a minimal up time of 99.98%. All data provided to Contractor and data inputted to the RMIS from the Airports Authority, its TPAs, insurers or other entities shall be the exclusive property of the Airports Authority.
