HISTORY OF ESCOFFIER make a real difference There is nothing about modern cuisine as we know it that was not influenced by the great Auguste Escoffier a revolutionary tour de force in the food industry. As the Grand Master of French Cuisine, he set the standards for what cuisine can and should be: a simply decadent experience that can be enjoyed by all. His legacy is known as a man who fed the poor and cooked for kings. Our alignment with the Escoffier name is one that brings great honor to our school, our chef instructors and our students. Program highlights include: Farm To Table Experience Learn foodservice preparation, operations and management Cook in professional kitchens Graduate with a culinary arts degree Culinary Arts Diploma program also available. ONLINE PROGRAM Offered through our Boulder campus, our Online Culinary Arts Certificate Program allows you to get a quality, accredited culinary education from the comfort of your own kitchen. This program is an excellent fit for working professionals who want to brush up on the fundamentals or at-home cooks who want to take their skills to the next level. In reality, the online program gives me the opportunity to be educated by great chefs that are already masters in their domain but in the comfort and familiar surroundings of my home.
