BILATERAL MEETINGS Bilateral meetings could be arranged from March 9 (A/N) to 11 March (AN) 2018 depending on the arrival/departure times of the visiting HOS/HOGs. Bilateral meetings could take place at RBCC, Hyderabad House or Prime Minister s Office at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg, New Delhi. Bilateral meeting rooms are available on booking basis at RBCC. Simultaneous interpretation in French, Spanish and English will be provided during the Conference.

Programme for Spouses of HoS / HoG A separate programme would be considered for the spouses of the Heads of State/Government, if accompanying. Details will be communicated in due course. On all matters related to the Spouses programme, the correspondence may be directed to the ISA Conference Secretariat.

Participating Nations Delegation Coordination Officer: Delegations led by HoS/HoG shall appoint a Nodal Point for the Conference for on-line registration, accreditation, and booking of accommodation in the designated hotels. Delegation Media Coordinator: Participating countries may like to designate an officer, if required, to manage their visiting media, their requirements Nodal Officers will be provided a Unique Identification User name and passwords, to enable them to update, adjust and otherwise enter details of all of their delegation members.
HOTELS MEA Protocol has blocked accommodation. Additional accommodation, if required, may be booked (on direct payment basis) by respective Diplomatic Missions directly.
ASL TEAM VISIT ASL teams from the countries are invited to visit New Delhi for group briefings on 20/21 Feb 2018 All related issues - visas, baggage, airport arrangements, baggage handling, arrivals/departure details, aircraft handling, security and screening issues, equipment protocols and security, customs, health can be dealt during the ASL visits. Conference Secretariat will also be organising briefings to update the delegations on the preparations periodically.
REGISTRATION All delegates, including media and security officers will be accredited online. Registered delegates will be issued with a personal, nontransferable colour coded photo ID pass. Colour code of the identification pass will ensure full access to secured zones of RBCC. HoS/HoGs will be issued lapel pins. Information regarding issue of ID cards and lapel pins will be conveyed separately. Only vehicles accredited by the Secretariat will be allowed access to RBCC.
HEALTH SERVICES Health facilities will be made available at RBCC. Standby Advanced Life Support Ambulance will be available for transport to an appropriate health facility. All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) The Army Research and Referral Hospital, en route to/from the airport, has also been identified as a venue for contingency care. Medical Care Room in every designated hotel, operating on 24-hour basis. Personal particulars of the HoS/HoG and their spouses (if accompanying), including details of medical requirements, blood group and dietary issues, etc. must be furnished

Media Media Accreditation, Media Equipment and scrutiny at airport, hotel and venues XP Division The Media Centre/Lounge will be opened at Pravasi Bhartiya Kendra operating hours will be as follows: 10 March 2018 : 0800 hrs to 1900 hrs 11 January 2018 : 0800 hrs to 2200 hrs Each country would be assigned a Media Liaison officer who would assist the participating country in all aspects relating to media accreditation, access, movement, and coverage. No separate accommodation arrangements will be made for the media. Transport service between the designated hotels and the venue before the start of the meetings and after the completion of meetings on 11 March 2018.
