Staying Healthy Guide Health Education Classes We care about the health of our members. That is why our health plan offers health education classes to help our members stay healthy and learn how to be healthier. We offer a variety of health education classes in San Diego County! As a health plan, please think of us as partners in your health care. Health education classes can help you learn how to take control of your overall health. Many classroom sites After each class description, you will find a list of the providers who give that class. It also shows the area in San Diego County that the classes are located. You can go to any provider on the list. Languages Health educators teach the classes in different languages. The provider listings show the languages that each class offers. How to sign up To sign up for a class, call the phone number listed for the health education provider. These classes are at no cost to our members. There is no authorization needed to sign up.
