Most Influential Women (MIW) in the Collision Repair Industry The Most Influential Women in the collision repair industry is a program designed to recognize women who have enriched the collision repair industry with their leadership, vision, and commitment to excellence. Honorees may hold positions in every facet of the collision repair industry, as shop owners, painters, body technicians, managers, wholesalers, lobbyists, suppliers, insurance adjusters, consultants, educators, editors and writers, and industry association directors. The program recognizes women for their professional accomplishments but also for going beyond the requirements of their positions to give back to their communities. WIN s leadership role of the MIW program aligns perfectly with WIN's mission, which is to engage women in the collision repair industry. Sponsorship of the MIW program will allow WIN to recognize the MIW recipients at WIN s Annual Educational Conference, including the Gala Awards Reception, and help fund scholarships for prospective female students who are interested in pursuing a career in the industry. Sponsors will be recognized and identified at their levels of support on the WIN website, and via signage and verbal acknowledgements during the Gala Awards Reception.
