CERTs Seed Grants CERTs is currently seeking proposals for seed grant projects! Funding can support technical assistance services (i.e. labor costs only) for energy efficiency and/or renewable energy projects $10,000 available per region in all seven Minnesota CERT regions rfp.mncerts.org Deadline extended until August 6 th! The primary objectives of this funding are to: Encourage the implementation of community-based energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in Minnesota Provide a forum for community education about energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies and their economic, ecological, and community benefits rfp.mncerts.org

GreenStep Cities Minnesota GreenStep Cities is a voluntary challenge, assistance and recognition program to help cities achieve their sustainability goals through implementation of 28 best practices each with specific actions from a list of four to eight actions. These actions are tailored to all Minnesota cities, focus on cost savings and energy use reduction, and encourage innovation. Metro EECBG Projects 61 entities in the 11-county Metro region received EECBG funding $26,806,718 of funding awarded in the Metro Variety of projects: Lighting, HVAC systems, controls, energy planning, outreach and education www.cleanenergyresourceteams.org/regions/metro
