SBI desires to update these panels on ongoing basis viz., every six months. The eligibility criteria and application form will remain available on Bank s website www.sbi.co.in on continuous basis under PROCUREMENT NEWS section and applications will be received on ongoing basis. These applications will be evaluated half-yearly in the month of January and July every year only. The existing empanelled architects and consultants who wish to upgrade the present category need to apply afresh, remaining panel of architects and consultants will remain the same till further notification in this regard.

The Architects, and Electrical Consultants with necessary experience in the respective areas will be considered for the Bank s empanelment on ongoing basis. SR. CLASSIFICATION OF NO. (3) Firm/ Organization shall apply for each work/ trade separately. (4) Must have a valid PAN, CST/VAT/ST as applicable. (5) The Firm/ Agency/Organization should have well established office in at least (01) One city of Gujarat or in Daman & Diu or in Dadra & Nagar Haveli.

(6) The applicant shall agree and authorize the Bank to obtain the confidential report from the clients of the applicant, to obtain an idea about the quality of work executed and to obtain credit opinion from applicant s bank. (7) The firm ie. Architect/ Consultant should be profit making during last three financial years (Not mandatory for works up to Rs. 20.00 lacs). (8) In case of Architects (Civil/ Interior) at least one of the Directors/ Partners/ Proprietor should be graduate/diploma in Architecture with minimum five (05) years experience. (9) In case of Electrical Consultants, at least one of the Director/ Partner/ Proprietor should have degree in Electrical Engineering with five (05) years experience or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with seven (07) years experience. (10) Higher category Architects/ Consultants can participate in the lower category tenders. However, lower category Architects/ Consultants cannot participate in higher category tenders. (11) The average annual financial turnover during the last three years ending 31-03-2015 should be as under: (i) For works up to Rs. 50 lacs = Rs. 60,000 (ii) For works up to Rs. 100 lacs = Rs. 1,20,000 (iii) For works up to Rs. 200 lacs = Rs. 2,10,000 (iv) For works up to Rs. 500 lacs = Rs. 4,50,000 (12) In addition to instructions and general conditions applicable to all applicants, the Architect applicants should fulfill the following special and additional conditions: a) Applicant should have Graduate/ Post Graduate diploma/degree in Architecture either from India or abroad and /or have done substantial amount of work as Architect for a period more than at least three years. b) Applicant must be a member of the Indian Institute of Architects for consultancy or any other professionally recognized institutes. c) Should be members of the Council of Architecture or any other recognized professional institute. d) The Architect should have successfully executed at least one work of similar nature of comparable magnitude/ value in the past three years under the same name. e) Applicants having a Degree/Diploma in Interior Designing working as an Interior Designer for the last ten(10) years may also apply for Architects(Interior) for works costing upto Rs. 50 lacs. Applications complete in all respect along with relevant documents & in Bank s format duly superscribing NOTICE FOR EMPANELMENT OF ARCHITECTS (CIVIL/ INTERIOR), OR ELECTRICAL CONSULTANT whichever applicable along with the Category applied for in sealed envelope should reach at the following address. The Bank reserves its right to accept or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever there for.

INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL THE APPLICANTS ARCHITECTS (CIVIL/ INTERIOR) AND ELECTRICAL CONSULTANT FOR EMPANELMENT 1. Intending applicants are required to submit their applications with full bio-data giving details about their organization, experience, technical personnel in their organization, competence and adequate evidence of their financial standing etc. in the enclosed form which will be kept confidential. The applications not accompanying application fees of Rs. 1000/- are likely to be rejected at the sole discretion of the Bank. 2. While deciding upon the empanelment of Firms/Organizations, great emphasis will be given on the ability and competence of applicants to do good quality works within the specified time schedule and in close co-ordination with Bank as well as other agencies. 3. Decision of the Bank in regard to selection of Firms/Organizations will be final. The Bank is not bound to assign any reason for acceptance/ rejection of any applications. 4. Each page of the application shall be signed. The application shall be signed by persons/ persons on behalf of the organization having necessary authorization/ Power of Attorney to do so (Certified copies to be enclosed). 5. If the space in the performa is insufficient for furnishing full details, such information may be supplemented on separate sheets of paper, stating therein the part of the performa and serial number. Separate sheets shall be used for each part. However, the format shall be as per performa. 6. Applications containing false, incomplete and/or inadequate information are liable to be rejected. Also mere fulfillment of eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection. 7. While filling up the application, clarification, if any, may be obtained from the office of AGM (P&E), State Bank of India, 3 rd Floor, Local Head Office, Bhadra, Ahmedabad. 8. Applicants/ Architects/ Consultants selected in the Bank s panel shall have to deposit a noninterest bearing amount as Security Deposit as decided by the Bank. Applicants selected in the Bank s panel will be informed about the same after finalization of the panel. 9. Canvassing in any form in connection with selection is strictly prohibited and the application of such persons/organizations who resort to canvassing will be liable to rejection.

10. Those who are already empanelled and wish to upgrade the work category need to apply a fresh, remaining panel of architects and consultants will remain the same till further notification in this regard. The Firms/Organizations empanelled in a category shall also be considered for works under categories below it. 11. Bank reserves its right to reject any/all the applications without assigning any reasons, whatsoever therefore. Incomplete/partly filled applications without relevant enclosures may not be considered for evaluation. Disputes, if any, regarding the empanelment shall be within the jurisdiction of Court in Ahmedabad. 121. It will not be binding on the Bank to invite all the empanelled Architects/ Consultants to participate in various works. The Bank may prepare a select list out of the empanelled Architects/ Consultants to participate in a/any work. 13. Bank is not responsible for the late receipt/ non receipt due to postal delay, strikes or any other reasons. The applications received up to 31 st December will be taken up for evaluation in the month of January every year and the applications received from 1 st January to 30 th June will be taken up for evaluation in the month of July every year.
