Presenter Agreement By submitting the form above, the presenter agrees to: Present the program as described in this submittal in a professional manner. Provide the necessary materials/handouts to support the session. Advance preparation amongst co-presenters (if multiple presenters are speaking). PDI-POA agrees to: Provide basic A/V equipment to meet the needs of the forum attendees. Provide timely information to forum presenters. Acknowledgement: As a 2018 PDI-POA Education Forum presenter, I agree to: Produce targeted and appropriate content for our forum attendees. Participate in a mandatory conference call prior to final presentation submission. Participate in additional roundtable or information discussions based on the topic to be presented as requested by the Forum chair. Allow PDI-POA to record or webcast my session for any PDI-POA educational purposes. Retain the rights to my own individual intellectual property and will have the exclusive right to share handouts or slides with attendees. Refrain from any comments or messages that personally promote or endorse certain companies and/or denounce other organizations/ideologies/associations during the session. PDI-POA Education Forum Details Dates: Monday 23 July Thursday, July 26, 2018 Location: The Omni Parker House, Boston, Massachusetts Forum Overview: Throughout the Forum attendees have the opportunity to choose from a variety of plenary and breakout sessions. These sessions will be appropriate for attendees new to the field of protocol and those with extensive experience. You will be able to select the sessions that best fit your learning goals. Attendee Profile: The annual education forum brings together protocol colleagues from a wide variety of sectors: national and local governments; academia; corporate; military; as well as cultural institutions and trade organizations. Presentation Guidelines and Information: Presentations are for 60 70 -minute breakout sessions, with an audience of approximately 25 persons. Presenters should include 10 minutes for Q&A. Presenters will retain the rights to their own individual intellectual property and will have the exclusive right to share handouts or slides with attendees. Presenters will not receive payment or consideration in any form cash, in-kind, or otherwise for their services as the Forum.
