The Austrian Technology Park for Software

Softwarepark Hagenberg 2007 SOFTWAREPARK HAGENBERG The Austrian technology park for software The software era has just begun. Software, as materialized intelligence, is today the driving force of the spiral which runs from science and technology through to business. This intelligence spiral knows no boundaries. At Softwarepark Hagenberg, this spiral is revived every day through the close synergy between research, education and business. In the 20 years since the Softwarepark was founded, this synergy has facilitated growth from the original 25 employees and students (at the Research Institute for Symbolic Computation - RISC) to over 1,000 employees and 1,300 students in 2008, and the deployment of approx. 100 million in private-public-partnership investment. A further 50 million worth of investments and a doubling of employee numbers in research, education and within the various companies is foreseen over the next five years. Softwarepark Hagenberg looks forward to becoming a partner of your success as an entrepreneur, company founder or employee, as a researcher, academic lecturer or student, as an investor, organiser or project partner. Together with my team, I am personally available for a discussion on possible cooperation with Softwarepark Hagenberg and we would be delighted to hear from you.
