What is international credit mobility? International opening of Erasmus 135,000 grants over 6 years (2015-2020) Around EUR 140 Million for the call 2018 (comparing to 130 Million last call) For students & staff (for learning & teaching & training) Action managed by National Agencies located in Programme Countries (Decentralised action) Erasmus+

International cooperation between Programme Countries & Partner Countries Programme Countries EU Member States: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom Partner Countries Other countries except: All other countries worldwide (almost) except Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican and the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council. Other programme countries: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Turkey. Erasmus+

Types and duration Students: from 3 months (or academic term) up to a maximum of 12 months in each study cycle. ( from 2 months for traineeships) All levels (short cycle, Bachelor, Master, PhD) All disciplines Staff: from 5 days up to 2 months Academic and Administrative Erasmus+

New Study Mobility for Traineeships (SMP P for Placement) The grant rates will be exactly the same as for ICM Study Mobility. These have increased by 50/month from call 2018. You will receive all this information in October 2 months minimum or 3 months if combined with a study period The name of the non-hei partner organisation will not be compulsory in the application form The learning agreement and mobility agreement will be tripartite for outgoing Traineeships to Partner Countries (trainee, Programme HEI and Partner organisation), and quadripartite for incoming Traineeships from Partner Countries (trainee, Programme HEI, Partner HEI and Programme organisation).

New Study Mobility for Traineeships (SMP P for Placement) (continue) The scheme will not be open to recent graduates The scheme will also fund the mobility of staff from non- HEI organisations to teach at a HEI, and for HEI staff to train at a non-hei organisation. This will be called 'Invited Staff to/from Enterprise Detailed Handbook will be published mid-october

Managing mobility Each National Agency established in each Programme Country has a budget. The HEI in a Programme Country applies on behalf of the partnership to its National Agency. 16 or 24 months to organise mobilities. Budget : Organisation support, Living Allowance, Travel Erasmus+

How to apply For Institutions Deadline: 1 February 2018 Partner Countries: discuss inter-institutional agreements with Programme Country partners (based on previous relationships, new needs, ). The Programme Country Institution should apply on behalf of the partnership to its National Agency.
