welcome Brothers of the Southeastern Region, I am over excited about our upcoming 2017 Southeastern Regional Leadership Conference with the theme PUTTING QUALITY FIRST FOR THE BROTHERHOOD. On behalf of the Southeastern Regional Board, we encourage you to block off your schedule to be with us at the Hilton Charlotte University Place in Charlotte, NC, March 31 April 2, 2017. As you prepare to be a part of this great experience, please know that the board has worked hard to give you what you deserve as a region, and we will be in full effect to serve you. When I first took office, I knew that I would have the support of the entire region to assist me with carrying out the region s mission and vision. The Southeastern Region has made many strides towards delivering quality programs to better the Fraternity as a whole. I applaud you for stepping up to the plate in order to help lead the Southeastern Region to the next level. As we draw nearer to the conference, I challenge each of you to do your best to attend and make every effort to encourage others to attend. Within this conference packet, you will find the registration and conference forms along with detailed information about the conference. We will continue to offer online registration as well. The host chapters are working hard to ensure brothers and guests have a great time in Charlotte. During the conference, valuable interactive workshops will be presented. These sessions will allow each of us to expand our effectiveness in our various communities individually and as a fraternity. As we prepare to elect new international officers, many will be on hand to share their platforms and thoughts for the future of the brotherhood. The Miss Phi Beta Sigma Pageant, Stepshow, Oratorical Contest and Leadership Awards luncheon will be events you don t want to miss as we prepare to continue our recent success on the national level. Brothers, we are excited and looking forward to seeing you in Charlotte, NC in March 2017. Please help this be the best conference ever! Bro. Eston Williams Bro.
