Must be 300 dpi and sized per the listed specifications. All ads and logos are full color. Presenting, Titanium, and Platinum sponsors: 4.5 wide x 6 high Gold and Silver sponsors: 3.75 wide x 2.75 high Bronze sponsors: high resolution image files only. Word documents are not accepted. Exhibit Information Exhibit space during the 2018 Kentucky Affordable Housing Conference will be located within the Lexington Convention Center. Please see the map at the end of this document for more information. Hours Installation of exhibits will be between 3-5 p.m., Monday, August 20, 2018. All exhibits must be completed and ready for viewing by 8 a.m., Tuesday, August 21, 2018. Exhibits may be removed from the premises after noon, Wednesday, August 22, 2018. Page 3
Exhibit Space Details Payment for an 8 x 10 exhibit space includes an identification sign, 2 x 6 skirted table, and two side chairs. Additional equipment and shipping will be the exhibitor s responsibility and can be arranged through KHC s Lisa Foster at 502-564-7630, extension 210, or email lfoster@kyhousing.org. Power and WiFi are an additional fee. If you need additional accommodations, please inform Ms. Foster. Exhibit space reservations will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. Confirmation that the necessary form and payment have been received will be sent to exhibitors. If all space is filled, any requesting exhibitors will be notified and refunded the exhibit fee. KHC reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit that is deemed not suitable and in keeping with the purpose and integrity of the conference. Sponsorship Process Completed Sponsorship Opportunities Packets must be received by Monday, April 30, 2018, which includes the Sponsor Form and the Self-Reporting Form. Please note that selecting yes to the questions on the Self-Reporting Form may not automatically prevent you from being awarded a Sponsorship Opportunity. Sponsorship Opportunities will be awarded based on the proposed sponsorship level, the applicant s background, and the completeness of the application information, all of which will be evaluated to ensure that KHC receives the best value. Upon acceptance of sponsorship, a remittance confirming details of sponsorship will be sent, including confirmation of exhibit space and technology needs. Payment will be accepted with the remittance form. Please do not send payment with this packet. Sponsors and Exhibitors agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, Kentucky Housing Corporation, the Homeless and Housing Coalition of Kentucky, the Lexington Convention Center, their Page 4
owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates, from any damages or charges resulting from losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, out of, or by reason of any action committed by Sponsor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of the Sponsor s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, the hotel, or any part thereof. A sponsorship shall not constitute an endorsement of a particular business by Kentucky Housing Corporation as the sole vendor of choice.
